After being raised in Billings and graduating from Central Catholic High School, Dr. Christopher Prill graduated with a degree in business marketing from the University of Notre Dame in 2003 before attending Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2006, and graduating in 2010. He joined Prill Dental that same year. His wife Christine is a full-time attorney at Crowley Fleck, and they have three children, Anna, Paxton and Quigley.
Also raised in Billings and an alumnus of Central Catholic High School, Dr. Matthew Prill is a 2001 graduate of the University of Notre Dame, with a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-professional studies. He attended dental school at Creighton University and graduated in 2005 with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. He joined the family private practice in Billings after graduation. He and his wife Laura have two children, Madeleine and Oliver.

You can go anywhere to have your dental work done, but when you go to Prill Dental you are treated like family. Staff is always friendly and caring. It's not uncommon to see one of the dentist taking a second just to chat up someone real quick in the lobby and see how they are doing. When I needed to have a crown placed, they worked me in right away. Couldn't recommend enough.

I lost a crown and because of the shape my tooth was in, it couldn't be re-cemented. Prill dental was able to get me in quickly and Dr. Chris spent time exploring all my options for the tooth and answering all my questions. He was super nice and patient and I will certainly go back.

Absolutely the best experience in the dental chair, and I have been to a few. I actually looked forward to my visits. The office staff is friendly and efficient and Dr Prill is just amazing, my whole family thanks him.

Dr C Prill was awesome! Hard to find a down to earth, funny Dentist. I was reading the reviews before I posted mine, and I just felt like I needed to share how calm and confident I felt with my experience. Great People from start to finish! Laura was very helful too! Thanks Prill

I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 15 years. My teeth were rotting and filled with cavities. The care I've received at Prill thus far has been above and beyond anything I could've asked for. Within 4 appointments I have my smile back again. The entire staff is approachable and friendly, the office is warm and inviting. You couldn't pay me to seek care anywhere else. As a new small business owner myself, I hope to replicate the way prill practices business and will continue to see them every few months. Life long customer. Thank you guys so very much.

Everyone that I talked to in the office was super friendly and helpful! The receptionist, the dental hygienist, and the dentist were all great. I got in right away, no waiting. I had anxiety about going, but it was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist!

This was the best dental experience I have had. Dr. Matt Prill went above and beyond in providing fantastic care. He went so far as to personally call me to arrange an appointment time that worked with my challenging schedule. He was thorough and professional. Shasta provided the best cleaning I have had. I definitely found a new dentist office and I highly recommended it.
