Dr. Pries is very meticulous with his work. One of my tooth had a very deep cavity and it's nerve was about to get exposed. That would have required me to undergo RCT. But he was able to save it with his expertise.

Dr. Pries is a magician and an artist! I had not been to a dentist in many years. Walking in to the dental office the energy immediately felt calm and relaxing. Even when Dr. Pries confirmed what I suspected (that I had lots of decay some of which was very deep and went close to the root) his whole vibe and demeanor just made me feel comfortable and confident that he would do excellent work. I needed four separate appointments to get all the dental work done. The appointments felt comfortable and relaxed. In the past I had gone to one of those spa dental practices. And I actually had a deeper sense of calm here then there. Much of my decay was in my top teeth at the gum line where it was very unsightly. Dr.Pries not only made each tooth feel and look amazing, but I even felt like when I looked at my entire top row of teeth that it just all looked better in a way that I cannot even explain. It felt like the teeth were all aligned better which I can't explain because he's not an orthodontist. I compare him to a magician and an artist because he turned what I expected to be a really difficult process into something that felt almost effortless. And it felt like he was somehow sculpting each tooth with an artist sensibility. That may sound funny to say but I don't know how else to convey the high caliber of expertise and talent that he has. I highly recommend Dr.Pries to anyone looking for dentistry that is simply superior. Thank you.

I do recommend Dr. Pries because he is very professional and he possessed an excellent knowledge about dental. He is not in my insurance network but I choose quality over quantity. Special thanks to Sara and Rebecca for their outstanding customer service.

Absolutely awesome. I got a crown yesterday. This is the second procedure I've had done here. I also had a root canal done. I mentioned to Dr. Pries that I needed to leave by 5:00. Not only did he make it happen, it was done right. It fit perfect. I'm also going to mention that I had missed an appointment 2 weeks prior. The office was nice enough to wave the fee. I have always been happy with the work done by this office. They are good people, and they do a good job. Another note, they follow COVID guidelines. Again awesome job.

I had a badly done cracked filling from my old dentist and Dr. Pries gave me a professional filling without pain or problems! Best treatment I've ever experienced!!!

Pries Dental Care is a wonderful office of professionals. I have been hesitant about going to the dentist for several years. I finally decided to take that leap of faith and find a dentist and I am ecstatic that it was Pries Dental Care office. Everyone from the receptionists, hygienist, financial/benefits specialist, and of course Dr. Pries were the most kind, friendly, comforting group of people I have had the fortune to deal with. I look forward to having them handle my dental care going forward. All my anxieties have subsided after my visit.

The customer service is horrible. I spoke with a lady name Cathy who doesn't care how she talks to you. She talks down to you as if you are her child. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to be treated with respect. *********************************************** In response to the owner. As I advise Cathy I would have rather been charged for the cancellation than to be treated rudely. Just like anyone's job you have policies. Just because you have to enforce policies does not mean you talk to someone any kind of way. My cancellation nor does Covid have to do with how I was treated. You have to take ownership of the bad customer service that I received and hopefully Cathy works on being a better receptionist.

Very good experiences with both Dr. Lee and Dr. Pries for all dental treatment with their attentive and professional care. They made patients less frightened during the treatment by frequently checking patient's feeling. Front desks are very helpful on getting billing details done and booking appointment.

It's always a pleasant experience at Pries Dental Care. The entire staff is friendly and they go out of their way to assist. Loved how my hygienist was gentle with my cleaning and we had a great conversation. The ladies at the front and check out desks were great from start to finish. Dr. Pries went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend the Pries Dental Care practice.

I am a patient here, and this place is nothing short of amazing. A clean dental office with professional and friendly staff. Dr. Pries explained and kept me informed. They followed standards and procedures that made me feel confident having my dental work here. The dental hygienists really do a thorough job when it comes to dental cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Pries did a great job on my daughter's front tooth. We are not sure why after she got her braces off there was a small hole. She is smiling again and I can't thank him enough.
