In 1994, Dr. Stephenson was accepted into the dental program at theOregon Health Sciences Universitywhere he was trained by some of the most well known dental educators available. He graduated in 1998 earning clinical and academic honors.
It was in Boise that Dr. Glen Stephenson opened his dental practice, Prevention Dental, focusing on family dentistry. He loves dentistry and particularly enjoys the day-to-day interaction he has with his patients. Currently,Prevention Dentalserves patients from Boise, Meridian, Eagle, and surrounding areas.
Dr. Stephenson is a member of theAmerican Dental Association, the Southwest Idaho Dental Association, theAcademy of General Dentistryand theDental Organization for Sedation Dentistryas well as theAmerican Board of Family Dentists.
Glen and his wife, Angie, are the proud parents of four wonderful children. They particularly enjoy boating and skiing or just about anything outdoors. Dr. Stephenson relaxes by playing and listening to music, reading and gardening.

Always a great experience for me and my family. They are a caring staff and always able to accommodate our needs. My husband has never liked going to the dentist or could I ever get him to go, but Dr. Stephenson and his staff have changed his mind! Now he goes for all routine visits.

My experience each time is great! Natalie and I enjoy sharing stories each visit and Dr. Stephenson has always been so kind and upbeat. There's never been a feeling of judgment, and that has been a past experience with another dentist and office. I initially tried them out when I had a tooth emergency. They were close to my house and conveniently had a promotion going for new patients. At the time, I didn't have insurance, so that made a lot of difference in how I chose them. But, after the very first visit, I felt comfortable with them and have been returning twice a year for cleanings for several years now. No regrets and not a single bad experience with either of them or any one of their staff.

Dr. Glen Stephenson is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and caring. The best Dennis I've ever been to. His injections are almost done perceptible. How does he do that? Truly a wizard. I have been a patient of Dr. Stephenson for well over a decade...so that should say a lot. He and his staff are meticulous, friendly, relaxed, and most of all, happy. They make a visit to the dentist a very pleasant experience. Dr. Stephenson takes the time to explain any procedures needed and answers all of your questions honestly and succinctly. The dental hygienists do, too! They are thorough and gentle, and ask how the cleaning process is going and if I have any discomfort. The front office staff is top notch. They have always been able to answer my billing questions and help me to deal with follow up questions from my insurance company and Flexible Spending Account. Dr. Stephenson recently completed a fairly new procedure on helping to restore some gum recession issues I'm experiencing. He explained the procedure thoroughly. I am extremely happy with the results and look forward to the additional procedures for other areas. I greatly appreciate the care Dr. Stephenson and his staff has provided to me over the past 12 plus years.

Glen and his staff are incredible. They are friendly and make the dentist visit fun. They are great with little kids and work with integrity. My prior dentist was wanting to replace all of my prior fillings and said I had 2 additional cavities that needed filled. Fast forward 10 years later and all my original fillings are still great (didn't need replaced) and those 2 other "cavities" mysteriously disappeared.
