Been coming for more then 5 years. Amazing experience. We love the fact that Dr Faysal spend some time himself with patients to check on them himself and explain the situation or status of their dental health.

The only reason this place should have even one star is the wonderful front desk ladies/nurses. They were nice and helpful however when I came here after exhausting almost every other option for some of the worst pain of my life 11 days after my wisdom tooth operation with dry socket, the doctor barely looked at my socket. He packed it with the same gel I told him my regular dentist already treated me with once four days prior when I had first been diagnosed with the dry socket and when I asked about pain management told me to use ibuprofen and tylenol, which I mentioned for the I believe 6th time had done barely a thing for my inital surgery pain - and nothing for the pain for this dry socket now 2 times more painful. Not even to mention when he was packing my dry socket he did not say a word to me of what he was doing while I layed there, obviously moaning and squirming in pain, to the point where even the nurse or assistant held my hand and kept saying it would be okay. I left sobbing and the ladies were definitely apologetic and kind about it, however the doctor just rushed out of the room and said not another word to me, including on what to do with the dressing he places in my mouth. Would never come back here in a million years, i am beyond mortified and so upset I had to go through that pain and waste that much of my time during my first few days of my first year of college classes coming here 45 minutes out of my way being assured they'd be able to help.

Dr. Chaudry and all his staff very professional and always make you feel welcomed. Dr Chaudry's skills as a dentist and his caring is amazing. I have been to many other dentists who made me feel I was in a used car dealership being pressured to buy implants or other cosmetic procedures. This has never been the case with Prestonbrook Dental.

I love this office! The dentist is great and always on point. He is kind and informative. The dental assistant Lily is a delight! She spoke spanish and made me feel at ease, she was the sweetest and was very gentle with my cleaning. I was in and out quick. Great team!

Excellent bedside manners I love this doctor and I pray for him he is very nice and capable and does an excellent job I will recommend that everyone visit him for their dental problems

Dr. Chaudhry is hands down the best dentist I've had by a mile. If you need a dentist in the area, you're doing yourself a disservice by not coming here. Shoutout the rest of the staff, as well

Good work, but expensive. I guess dental work is expensive. Most of my life, I didn't need dental work. Follow up: I had no experience of dental work, but after talking to my friends and relatives I have come to conclusion that my dentist is not expensive at all. I am almost paying half compared to some other dentists in the area. Thanks.

We love coming to see Dr. Chaudhry's office! We have a big family of 6, 4 being young children and this office is always very accommodating of the difficult task of scheduling our family for regular cleanings. Once we arrive, we are always able to check in and get back to the chair quickly. Everyone does a great job with the kids and we never feel as if this office suggests procedures that are unnecessary.
