Dr. Preston worked with my son for 4 years during which he was in braces. She wanted him to wear rubber bands to help "move his jaw" and align his teeth, but he didn't wear them that often, which is on us. However, after leaving the practice because of the lack of response regarding various concerns and because of serious concerns our dentist and endodontist had regarding his care at Preston, we left the practice to see Dr. Mattiacio. Noah had to have 2 root canals because his braces had been in for so long. Our dentist and the endodontist both agreed that the root canals were a direct result of his previous orthodonture. In addition, we ended up being referred to a cranial facial surgeon because my son's jaw wasn't apparently misaligned which we were told and would never be able to be realigned through the use of rubber bands. He had significant craniofacial structural abnormalities which he needs to have reconstructive surgery to fix. While Dr. Preston is obviously not responsible for the bone abnormalities, she should have been aware of the structural concerns and referred us on to a surgeon as Mattiacio did immediately. Instead, she kept him in braces for 4 years which was never going to be able to fix the problem. So thousands of dollars later, we have nothing to show for the time and money spent being treated by Dr. Preston. On top of that, she recommended that my daughter be put into braces also, which she wore for less than a year, but which cost a couple of thousand dollars. Come to find out, she didn't need braces at all after getting a second opinion. I do not recommend Preston Orthodontics for your children.

Dr. Preston and her staff are amazing! Both my children were patients with Dr. Preston. We can't speak highly enough of her and her staff. They are knowledgeable, cutting edge and most importantly - they can work with your child to make them feel good about the process. No shaming for slip ups - simply support and encouragements. Exactly what young patients need. 100% recommend.

Preston Orthodontics did a great job looking at my adult teeth that had shifted. They make an accurate and efficient diagnosis. They then treated me with less than one year of Invisalign and my teeth look great!

Both my kids and myself have gotten braces at Preston orthodontics. Our teeth look great. Most importantly for me, Dr Preston lined up my bite so that I don't suffer with TMJ anymore. Would definitely recommend getting braces here!

Have had two kids get braces here. The second had hers removed today. Her comments on the way home, happy with the end-result: "I look like a filter" (I guess this is good), her teeth are "everything I could have dreamed about", and finally the staff are "amazing" and they work together "like they are my bestie-boos".

Consultation with my eight year old was a wonderful experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful [especially to my nervous kiddo]. Dr. Preston answered my questions with clarity and most importantly Dr. Preston was wonderful talking with my daughter. She took time to answer and talk with her with respect and the ability to make her feel comfortable and understand the answers...

Not only do they do amazing orthodontics work, but they are very accommodating, informative and truly enjoyable to work with, not to mention the inviting atmosphere of their office and some of the special touches they provide to make the experience top notch.
