Completed Invisalign treatment with poor final results. The results which were promised at the very start before payment was completed were not achieved. Wait time was over 2 hours to have my attachments removed and my teeth scanned for the last retainer when it should've taken 10 minutes max for the entire process. Missed my meeting at work due to wait time and over scheduling of patients multiple times. When I requested additional trays as I was not content with results , they were going to charge me a additional fee even though I signed off on the comprehensive plan which includes additional trays at no cost if needed. Keep in mind I had already paid the full amount for my treatment during my first visit. my insurance agreed to cover some of the costs associated with Invisalign but I didn't realize they were being charged per month even though I paid charges in full at the start. I ended up changing companies and never received the remaining promised insurance coverage. Dr Patel seemed dismissive and irritated when I would ask any questions and somewhat passive aggressive when removing attachments even after informed of my tooth sensitivity. Overall, not what I expected from Invisalign treatment and was told I need jaw surgery so that my top and bottom teeth can be in alignment but this was never mentioned during my initial visit.

By far the best dental experience I've ever had. I hate that they aren't in my "network" with my job's insurance, but I still go because the staff is amazing, kind, and courteous every time I go. I did my Invisalign through them & they've been so supportive every step of the way. This is the go-to dentist in the area, you can't go wrong choosing Preston Dental Loft.

Preston Dental Loft is amazing, I've never had such an honest experience anywhere else like here. They are friendly and always smiling. You can tell they really care about you as a patient and person. I just finished Invisalign with them and seeing how excited they get when they see your results makes you just as excited if not more. Would 100% recommend

I had a great experience at Preston Dental Loft. Dr. Patel who is Invisalign queen in the area is my most favorite dentist I ever have, She has total 15 years of great success, very knowledgeable and has won many many awards even they won diamond award for year 2022 for her dedicated work.She is running her office with the most advance new study in her field. I really recommend Dr. Patel and her team of wonderful ladies who took their time with me. I feel really well taken care of during the entire appointment. I also loved in her office that I could choose my essential oils during my treatment. Thank u, Dr. Patel!
