Coming out of dental school, Dr. Nguyen was intent on not wanting to practice in a corporate dental atmosphere that pushed 'sales'. Because of this, Dr. Nguyen started his own practice from scratch where he could practice in a manner that he felt was honest and truly in the best interests of his patients.

Dr. Nguyen earned his Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry and economics in Waco, TX from Baylor University and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in Dallas from Baylor College of Dentistry. After dental school, Dr. Nguyen continued his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency at the Central Texas VA Hospital in Temple, TX.

In his free time, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports. His favorite teams include the Dallas Cowboys, Baylor Bears, and Texas Rangers. Dr. Nguyen is proud to be a season ticket holder to Baylor football games and regularly attends Ranger's games as well.

Associate Dentist Dr. Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Baylor University in Waco, TX and her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston.She practices dentistry with the goal of providing comprehensive, high quality, and patient-focused dental care.With a passion for the arts, science, and altruism, Dr. Rachel pursued a career in dentistry so she could do all three! She believes in putting the patient first, and therefore, she spends time with her patients to fully inform them about their oral health. Her goal is to build long lasting relationships with her patients. In addition, Dr. Rachel also has a passion for community service, providing dental care to underserved communities in Nicaragua and Jamaica.Outside of work, Dr. Rachel loves trying new recipes, cooking for others, and experiencing new foods. She loves to travel to new countries to experience their culture, especially through local cuisine.

Dr. DiRusso attended The University of Texas at Dallas for his undergraduate studies and graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in biology. Soon after, Dr. DiRusso attended and graduated from The University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

He practices patient-focused dentistry with the goal of providing conservative, comprehensive, and high quality dental care. With a passion for helping others through dentistry, Dr. DiRusso seeks for every encounter with a patient to be a memorable one taking the extra steps to ensure that you feel cared for and prioritized in our office. He is dedicated to bringing you the best dentistry with a personalized visit to one's overall health, well-being, and dental goals every time.

In his free time, Dr. DiRusso can be found spending time with his family and those closest to him, playing ice hockey in a local league, working out at the gym, enjoying the outdoors, experiencing new restaurants, and traveling to new places.

Office Manager Jean was previously a veterinary technician and is now working on her bachelor's degree in biology. She spends her free time with her amazing husband, Evan, and her two dachshunds, Peanut and Barkley. She enjoys reading horror novels and skeet shooting with her family.

Financial Coordinator Brittani has been with the office since the doors opened in 2013 and has been a vital contributor in the growth and success of our practice. With years of experience on both the business and clinical side of dentistry, she is extremely knowledgeable in handling dental insurance. In her downtime, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.

Patient Coordinator Tori has a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University. She grew up in the small town of Bertram, TX and recently moved to Denton with her husband, two dogs, and her cat. She loves music and going to festivals in her hometown.

Dental Hygienist Prerna completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX. She joined the team in January of 2018. She is newly married and moved to Las Colinas from Fort Worth. As a travel enthusiast, she wishes to explore the world!

Dental Hygienist Annette earned her degree in dental hygiene from Rose College in Oklahoma. Several years later, she relocated to Syracuse, NY and began her employment with a periodontist, gaining valuable skills and knowledge. She moved to Texas in 1996 and has been employed as a dental hygienist ever since. Annette has two boys, one a doctoral student at UTD and the other a recent graduate from UT Austin. She is also a 'bonus' mom of two teenagers at home and 'mother' of several dogs and cats. In her spare time, she does volunteer work in the Denton area and enjoys reading, long walks and time with her family.

Lead Dental Hygienist Malorie completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX and was born in raised in Lewisville. Fun Fact: Malorie was able to reach the National Checkers Championship final in Washington, D.C. at the tender age of 14 before a crushing defeat at the hands of 34-year-old checker sensation, Dmitry Donskoy. In her free time, she enjoys reading, dancing and swimming.

Lead RDA Kaylie grew up in Springville, AL and obtained her GED after years of procrastination. Since moving to Texas, she has found her calling in dentistry after failing to make it onto MTV's Floribama Shore reality show. In her freetime, Kaylie loves pursuing her passion for Brazilian jiu jitsu and is currently a yellow belt.

Treatment Coordinator After Devon's dreams of becoming a professional Hollywood stuntman fell through, she pursued her second passion, dentistry. In addition to raising and breeding several horses on her ranch in Aubrey, TX, Devon is an avid reptile enthusiast. Devon would best describe herself as a home body with a passion for the recreational arts.

Dental Assistant Dalia is currently attending the University of North Texas with the goal of becoming an astrophysicist. Before a serious knee injury, she was on track to compete in the 2016 AAU Junior Olympics in pickleball and baton twirling. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and playing with her three dogs.

Business Coordinator McKenzie grew up in small town Vernon, Tx. You know she comes from a small town when her pet is a pot belly pig. She has a love for all animals though as she has 3 dogs, 2 parakeet's and a full saltwater aquarium at home as well. She enjoys spending time with her big family as she comes from a family of 8!

Insurance Coordinator Orphee is a Texas native, growing up in Hurst, TX. He played 4 years of collegiate soccer at Kansas Wesleyan University. In 2018, he helped bring a championship to the program in his junior season. He is currently in his last year of graduate school at Friends University in Wichita, KS where he will be earning his Master's Degree in Healthcare Leadership. He hopes to someday own or manage a children's hospital to give families a safe and easy place to bring their children. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing the banjo, hanging out with loved ones, and watching sports.
