Melika Kashkouli, DMD, is the caring and skilled dentist behind Prestige Family Dentistry in Beaverton, Oregon. Dr. Kashkouli offers Beaverton area patients sleep apnea treatment, veneers, clear braces including Invisalign, resin fillings, CEREC crowns, TMJ treatment, and much more. Dr. Kashkouli attended Portland Community College and Portland State University, both in Portland, Oregon. She went on to earn her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) at the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry, located in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Kashkouli graduated with honors, and earned a coveted membership in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national dental honor society.
As part of her commitment to her patients, Dr. Kashkouli regularly pursues continuing education opportunities. Shes a perfectionist, so she also works to expand her cosmetic dentistry skills and knowledge to help patients achieve the smile they want.
Dr. Kashkouli has dentistry in her blood, as she grew up watching her aunt practice dentistry. Today, Dr. Kashkouli is a busy mom who loves to cook and read in her spare time. She speaks both Farsi and English, and interpreters are available for other languages.

These people are scammers they charge too much without any intimation about what's being done and what's covered in insurance. They just charge 50$ for just failing to keep appointment. Scammers be aware of everything what they are doing and make sure everything is being covered in insurance.

Before I got there, my anxiety was like a puppy they just brought in to the veterinarian. However a lovely atmosphere, very nice receptionist and the staff was all first rate. I needed a tooth extracted, and was in an out in under 30 minutes. Novocain wore off in two hours, and I did not hurt. I am very happy with my experience at the prestige family dentistry.

I booked my appointment with prestige because they were the only dental practice in the area that has all of their available appointments listed so that I could just pick what works for me, no calls necessary. They are a technologically modern practice, which makes it super easy to schedule and change appointments as needed. Dr. Mazareei was very friendly, explained all of my questions, and made my whole experience positive. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Thrilled to have been recommended this dentist! I was able to get in right away and was thrilled with my results! I had 3 chipped teeth and one had a good chunk gone! Hour and a half and my teeth look better then before I chipped them! Impressed and delighted!

Incredible experience! Everyone is so kind, patient, and seems to truly care. Both the doctor and nurse were understanding and so personable. I booked an appointment with them last minute through their website, which was quick and easy. They sent the new patient forms to my phone and email first thing in the morning which made it a flawless check in experience. Plus, they take my Ameritas insurance which was a relief!

Prestige is the best run dental office. They were ready for me the minute I walked in. Staff moved me thru paces with someone servicing me at all times, while directing me here and there. Dr Kashkoill gives an in-depth exam, creating a treatment plan, briskly and professionally. The facility is light and bright and best of all the all women staff really seem to care and like their jobs. Treatment papers were at the front desk when I was ready to leave. What a joy to be so well cared for!!!! This is top tier service!

Their willingness to listen and address my anxieties was better than a therapist. We spoke about how they would address my procedure, talked a week prior for meds, talked day off to assess if the meds were working and talked (as best I could) throughout the procedure to make sure I was always comfortable. If you have dental anxiety this IS the place to go, hands-down.

Going to Prestige Family Dentistry is like going to a family gathering. Dentist and staff go out of the way to be helpful and very little pain. Best place ever!
