Dr. Jason Horwitz, DDS, graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a bachelors degree in Chemistry. After working as a teaching Tennis Professional in Sarasota, FL, he returned to the Buckeye State where he received his dental degree from The Ohio State University. After completing his dental degree, he trained under some of the most world-renowned authorities in restorative, aesthetic, and rehabilitative dentistry. Dr. Horwitz is dedicated to combining his passion for visual arts, computer technology, and medical science into his dental practice.
A testimony to his expertise, Dr. Horwitz travels extensively around the country, training other doctors in the use of modern dental technology such as Cerec CAD/CAM manufacturing, dental material technology, 3D imaging, and computer-guided implant procedures.He has had several articles published on the topics of Smile Design, Minimally Invasive Cosmetic Dentistry, and Computer-Aided Design.
Dr. Horwitz is a former president of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, an accreditation candidate for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and he has earned his Fellowship in the International Congress of Implantology.
Dr. David Pielak, DDS, graduated with a Bachelors degree in microbiology from Ohio State University. After attending the University of Florida, he received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Ohio State University.
After completing his dental surgery degree, he practiced in Elyria, OH, then moved to open practices in both New Port Richey and Palm Harbor, Florida. He has completed advanced training from world-renowned authorities in restorative, cosmetic, rehabilitative, implant, and orthodontic care. He is a member of the International Congress of Implantology and in the Pinnacle Study Club of Tampa Bay. Dr. Pielak is dedicated to continued growth, excellence, and pride in every patient he treats. He lives with his wife, daughter, and their black lab, Bodhi.

Janine makes my experience of going to the dentist fun and enjoyable! I have never been a fan of going to dentist but because of her she makes me feel comfortable and is constantly making me laugh. The entire staff is welcoming as well!

This was my first experience with Prestige Dental and I was having my bridge replaced. I have so much anxiety about needles and Dr. Horwitz gave the best pain free injections I have ever experienced. The whole procedure went well and the staff made me feel comfortable and at home there. I am very impressed and looking forward to the permanent bridge. You are all top notch!! Elizabeth L.

Hooray hooray! I got prepped for my permanent bridge yesterday. It took a little while but that's what you get when you work with people who strive for perfection. I'm looking forward to my permanent bridge in a few weeks. The temp feels good too. Don't put off good dental health. My smile looks better already. Wish I would have done this sooner. Worst dental experience of my life. I asked for an estimate upfront and was repeatedly told around $200 ended up walking out of there with an $500 bill. It's all about the money at this place no consideration for what's best for the patient whatsoever. The dental assistant use the wrong glue they had to take it off wipe it down clean it and reapply with the correct glue. The dentist went to lunch in the middle of my procedure. Was in there for a procedure that should not have taken over an hour and I was there for 3 1/2 hours! BEWARE!

Great experience ! Ashley is the absolute best and my doctor explained the entire process in very easy to follow terms. I love the fact that they are a one stop shop and can handle any dental procedure right there at their very modern facility. Everything went exactly as planned and I would recommend Prestige Dentistry to any one who wants the best treatment, patient care and value for your money. They are a 5 Star establishment in every way.

I got so sick of seeing their commercials on TV I decided I wanted to see how bad their ratings online have gotten only to see mine was taken down. I left a 1 star review years back and remember seeing a LOT more 1 star reviews than there are now. I went in for what they advertised was a FREE consultation for braces. After the tour of their very expensive facility and talking to the dentist for about 10 minutes (5 of which the dentist was saying how happy he was he'd probably be retired in 5 years at a young age) I was escorted to the front desk and asked to pay $250. My wife had set the appointment and I was very surprised there was a charge, but I figured my wife new best, so I paid. My wife was livid when she found out and showed me their add for free consultation. Mind you I went to 5 different dentists for to get an estimate for braces. This was the ONLY place that charged anything. Upon reading their reviews after it all went down I flipped on my wife because there were a lot of bad reviews and many saying the same thing about money grubbing business practices. This place banks. It's not a dental office, it's a business full of lying sales people. Even the dental assistants are on commission and just try to get as much as they can out of you. It's such a money making machine they have a huge advertising budget to make up for the lack of repeat business. Their marketing department obviously goes through great efforts to get bad reviews down as well. I'm copying this review and keeping an eye out over the years so when they take it down again I can repost it easily in order to help other people have the information they need to make a more enlightened decision.

I had to make sure I had a clear head before I submitted a review. Honestly, the reviews I read on this site was ultimately the reason I chose Prestige Dentistry. And I'm glad I did! I can openly say I'm one who has a phobia visiting the dentist. I'm not sure what it is but it goes back to when I was a kid. My 3 siblings and I all have similar feelings towards the dentist. The turning point came to me mid-day on a Sunday. I woke up Sunday morning with one of the worst pains I've ever had. Through the day and night, I couldn't do anything to relieve the pain to the point where I was ready to take myself to the hospital. It was that bad! I made it until 7 AM the next morning and I was found standing outside of Prestige Dentistry. I didn't have an appointment, nor was I a client, however I was welcomed in as if I've been a client for years. I'm here to say, from the time I walked in the front door, to the time I left, yes it was one of the most painful days I've ever experienced, the entire staff including two of the doctors I met with, we're unbelievable through the entire process they were non-judgmental, sympathetic, caring, and concerned during the entire time. If you're in need of a Dentist, and maybe you have concerns, I highly recommend you give this group a try. And if you haven't been to a dentist in a while, PLEASE do yourself a favor and make an appointment - trust me, I've learned my lesson!

The entire staff is friendly and courteous. The dentists are very highly skilled and will keep you smiling. Dr. Rob Bonser and Melissa did a FANTASTIC job. The administrative assistant, Julie, was so helpful in coordinating my schedule and the appointments. Cannot say enough great things about how professional Dr. Bonser and his staff have been, and how their "bedside manner' calmed me through a process I was apprehensive to start. If you need any dental guidance or work, PLEASE ask for Dr. Bonser!!!

I never really went to the dentist as a child. In 2018 I went to Prestige Dentistry in Trinity and saw Dr. Pielak. Over the last few years I got everything done that was needed and finished with braces. I could not be happier. Dr. Pielak was incredible. All of the work that I had done I was never left in pain. All of the staff is so nice and incredibly helpful. I'm so glad that I decided to go to Prestige and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Dr. Pielak and staff for making going to the dentist a pleasurable experience.

I really enjoyed my first appointment at Prestige Dentistry! From the very beginning, the front desk staff was extremely responsive and informed me of exactly what to expect for my first visit. I also loved being able to complete the paperwork in advance which saved time at the actual appointment. When I arrived, the office was very clean and I was greeted right away. The hygienist, Beth did a great job with my cleaning and answered all of my questions. Dr. Bonser was very friendly and informative. I did not feel pressured at all here to make any decisions simply for their financial benefit, which is something that cannot be said for most offices today. Mercedes was very personable and did a great job creating my new retainers. Overall, I was very impressed with my first visit and I look forward to my next appointment! I will also be referring some friends and family to this office. 10/10 recommend!!

I have been attending prestige for many years now and they are hands down the best. Prestige dentistry really cares about the patient needs and are easy to work with. I have gotten everything from cleanings to extractions and an implant which all went smoothly.

I usually have a lot of anxiety with dentists. So a friend from church referred me to Prestige Dentistry- Trinity, assuring me I would have a great experience. My friend was right! My first cleaning went better than I even expected. The front office ladies were so friendly and professional. Janine G, the Hygienist made me feel like I was talking with a friend. Her smile and passion for what she does lights up the room and she has such a calming presence. I felt safe and well cared for the entire time. She read my paperwork and took time to make herself aware of all my concerns and needs before we even spoke. She was gentle in her approach and made my comfort and health her highest priority. I left feeling empowered with knowledge and understanding of how to move forward with the next step to my dental health without any shame or guilt. I also really appreciated that Janine was completely upfront with me about any costs involved so there was no big surprise when it was time to pay the bill. The office was very clean. I especially enjoyed the spa-like toiletries in the restroom, fun music and overall relaxing atmosphere of the office. Dr Horwitz was also very kind and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and took his time to answer my questions. He didn't pressure or corner me into making any fast decisions. I'll definitely be back and refer them to my family and friends for all their dental health needs.
