I was born and raised in Baton Rouge. I attended Baton Rouge Magnet High School and Louisiana State University. While at LSU, I knew I wanted to do something in the healthcare field, so I majored in kinesiology with a concentration in human movement.
After graduating, I decided dentistry was the right field for me. I liked the fact that it provides the unique combination of art, science, and working with people on a daily basis. So I went on to attend LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, graduating with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2008.
Upon graduating from dental school, I experienced a varied background working in dentistry. I was an associate in private practice, group practice, and in a community clinic. These experiences gave me a wide range of experience with different types of procedures and patients from differing backgrounds.
I learned what type of care I wanted to provide and the type of practice in which I wanted to provide it. I finally decided that I wanted an office of my own so that I could practice in a way that was best for me and to give the best possible care to my patients.
So I found some land, came up with the plans with my dad, and in 2015, I opened Prestige Dentistry in Prairieville. I must say this has been the most rewarding decision of my career and I only wish I had done it sooner! I am now able to provide the type of care that my patients deserve and also serve the Ascension Parish community.
My vision with our practice is to give comprehensive, high-quality care in an environment that is gentle and welcoming. I hope that our patients will like us so much that they will become lifelong friends of the practice. I love talking with our patients to learn about their lives, families, hobbies, and whatever else they want to talk about, and not just dentistry. After all, dentistry is about much more than teeth. It is about enhancing lives and giving back confidence and health so that people can enjoy life.
Dentistry is an ever-changing field, so I regularly attend dental meetings and conferences to stay up to date with continuing education and advances in dental technology and techniques. I am a member of the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and the Greater Baton Rouge Dental Association.

If zero stars were possible, it would be zero... was very hopeful due to good reviews, but very let down. They did a cleaning and full mouth X-rays after they found out they were not in network with my insurance, told me all of this dental work that I had to get done. They gave me a paper with estimates of what they thought my insurance would cover, when in reality my insurance wouldn't cover anything so I'd be paying over two thousand dollars to these people out of pocket!! Maybe it's my fault because I didn't ask the questions, but they should've told me FROM THE START that they were not in network with my insurance. Also took a week to get my records from them!! All they cared about was that they got my three hundred dollars from me for my visit. Do not recommend!

Dr. Oza is a great Dentist, I have been going to her for close to 5 years now for cleanings and dental care. She is very professional and caring and always has great suggestions. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a dentist.

My Dentist Dr. Oza is wonderful. The staff has excellent customer service. Dallas was awesome as well! My first visit and I got plenty of work done with little to no pain! Highly recommend you see Dr. Oza for your dental needs!

Dr. Oza went above and beyond to help me when my own (previous) dentist wouldn't help. Dr. Oza and her staff are compassionate, caring human beings. They stayed late one day and took time to fix my urgent needs. I am so very grateful for their extra efforts to make sure I was taken care of. They made me feel valued and that is important! I recommend them all to anyone needing a dental provider!

I'm extremely grateful to have found a place that I can say I will continue to visit. I am profoundly afraid of the dentist chair and not having any control. However, I was completely comfortable with Dr. Oza and her assistant. The place is clean, organized, and well run, which says a lot about the quality of work. After having my dental work done I went home wanting to take care of my dental hygiene and actually listen to her advice.

I was referred by a friend and I called and was given an appointment within a week. On my visit, staff very friendly and helpful. Was seen on time, got xrays of mouth, then seen by Dr. Oza and went over my xrays and options. Got a deep clean on one side of mouth and I am very pleased with the plan to better teeth care. See you in 2 weeks!

I have been very happy with the services that Dr.Oza and her staff have provided since the very first visit. All the staff members are friendly and professional. Dr.Oza and her staff go above and beyond to make my experiences very personal. I do suffer from some anxiety when going to the dentist but Dr.Oza and her staff did everything to make me as comfortable as possible. She explained everything to me and was very kind. I have found my dentist to stick with and would most definitely recommend them to others!
