Is this a spa or the dentist's office? From the warm neck wraps to Netflix, I've never been more comfortable when having my teeth cleaned. Over 7 years, I have had regular cleanings, retainer molds, wisdom teeth extraction, and gum grafting...all 5 star experiences, with competent, compassionate care from the entire team.

I've been going here for about 6 years, and the experience has been excellent consistently. The hygienists are always gentle but thorough, the staff offer suggestions rather than criticisms, and when I had to have a gum graft done to treat some recession the periodontist they brought in for the procedure did an excellent job as well. Unless something forces me to move out of the area this place is going to remain my dentist of choice for a long time.

Great dental office! Extremely knowledgeable hygienists and dentists. They genuinely care about dental health and give great recommendations for keeping up with routines for staying healthy. Michelle (I hope that I got the spelling correct) is the best hygienist that I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know and work on my teeth through the years of going to Prestige.

I've been going to Prestige Dental for almost a year now and am so glad I found this place! The entire staff is kind, warm, and knowledgeable, and they make the routine cleanings painless and efficient. I also recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Makagon and I am beyond happy with my results. She strives for the best possible outcome, and if you follow her guidance, you'll have beautiful teeth in no time.

The service at Prestige has always been top notch. I've been a patient with Prestige for 5 years and the doctors quality standards are top notch. I also appreciate their reminders of appointments, makes my life easier.

I've been visiting Prestige dental for almost 5 years for cleaning, filling, and did my Invisalign with Dr Makagon (which turned out to be great!) The team is super professional and patient oriented. I had excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone. My only complaint is with scheduling - sometimes they may call to attempt to move your appointment around multiple times.

Generally the more you are familiar with an establishment, the more things you find to complain about. I have been a patient of Prestige Dental since 2013, gone through a large number of procedures with them, and I can't recall a single bad experience.

Prestige Dental is a wonderful place that takes care of any dental needs with spa like environment. I was warmly greeted, asked for my car keys in case I wanted to valet it free of charge. The office has luxury modern style design and it smelled like a spa with very nice aroma. They took xray of my mouth and also used a special camera to take many detailed pictures, I had a cleaning done which was painless and thorough. I was provided with recommendations of further procedures for preventative measures. The dental chairs are very comfortable with cushy, luxury leather. It feels like a Dental Spa because they not only take care of the teeth, but also provide neck wrap, paraffin hand treatments and have tvs with Netflix movies, etc. for entertainment. Dr. is very good in her field of expertise, loves her patients, always on their side, saves teeth when other drs couldn't. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs any dental procedures done!

Prestige Dental is by far the best dental office that I have ever attended. Their staff is nice and the office is very clean. I would definitely recommend prestige dental for anybody looking for a dental office. They are very kid friendly and I really enjoyed going to them for my Check ups .

My wife and I have been patients with Prestige Dental for almost 5 years now and have nothing but great experience. Dr Makagon is an outstanding specialist and caring person who will make sure you understand the treatment options and let you decide on your preference. I had just about every dental procedure from cleaning to surgeries in this clinic and recommend it to anyone looking for quality treatment and great customer service.

I've been a loyal patient of Dr. Makagon's since 2015. Dr. Makagon and her team are top-notch. Where else do you get quality dental work, complimentary valet parking, a warm neck wrap, on-time & efficient appointments, and stellar customer service? Added bonus: if you need cosmetic dentistry, look no further, and be ready for compliments! If you have to go to the dentist, you might as well make it a positive experience, so go see Dr. Makagon!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Makagon for almost ten years and I can highly recommend! The office is state-of-the-art and Dr. Makagon's work is meticulous. I am sometimes nervous with dental procedures and Dr. Makagon has been nothing but patient and understanding. The entire staff is great, I'll continue to trust them all with my family's care!

I've been going to prestige Dental for almost 4 years now and am consistently impressed by the quality of the care. I've gotten cleanings, cavities, and one more complex surgery. Every visit has been comfortable and professionally handled. BEST DENTIST EVER! Edit: I got Invisalign here as well. It's clear Dr. Makagon is an expert on the process and has done it many time. Was a pretty chill experience all things considered. It's mildly uncomfortable the first day or so after each new trays because your teeth are moving around, but after that you hardly notice them. My teeth are way straighter now and it's much easier to floss which was an unexpected bonus. Would for sure recommend.

I moved to Seattle a couple of years ago and needed to find a dentist. I am happy the one I found was Prestige Dental. Dr. Makagon is diligent, patient oriented and a warm person. All personnel (receptionist, hygienists, doctors) are kind and professional. They always make me feel secure. One occasion, I was leaving for a long trip and suddenly was in need of a crown. I explained the situation and Tamara, the receptionist, made every effort to squeeze me on a very short notice. Everything went well and I had a safe, joyful trip because of them. Before coming to Seattle, I had started using Invisalign and needed to receive a new set, but my original dentist from another state needed recent images of my denture. Dr. Makagon very kindly scanned my teeth and directly sent my old dentist the images. I appreciate all the kindness from Prestige Dental! Thank you!!

Update: Dr. Makagon called me and wanted to follow up to hear the feedback. After chatting with her, I still believe that she has provided great care to my teeth over the years and that her more conservative approach to cavities is why she suggested I should get fillings. I believe improved office admin communication could've prevented most of my concerns outlined below. For anyone thinking about visiting, I would suggest you know what your insurance covers so you can advocate for yourself. Old review: I am sad to write this because I used to love Prestige Dental and would tell all of my friends to go. However this past visit was concerning and started to seem like a financial scam. At my normal checkup, I was charged $95 for a routine cleaning (covered under insurance), which I've never been charged for before. While I was at the appointment, they told me I had no cavities. I then received a call a week after going to the dentist to tell me that I have four new cavities- I haven't had any issues in years and have been going to the dentist regularly. Something about the call felt off, so I asked for my X-rays to get a second opinion. The second opinion looked at my X-rays and confirmed my hesitancy: they did not advise to take any action and were not concerned by the X-rays at all.

My wife and I have been coming to Prestige Dental for over a year now, and we love it. It's clean, modern facility with all the new state of the art equipment. All staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they take the time to explain each procedure and provide different options.
