A native of Serbia, Dr. Ilic moved to the United States in 1997 to attend Quincy University in Quincy, IL as an undergraduate student in the field of Biological Studies. After just three years he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science. Post graduation, Dr. Ilic followed his dream to become a dentist and moved to Boston, MA to attend Boston Universitys Goldman School of Dental Medicine where he finished in the top five percent of his class.
Following graduation, Dr. Ilic returned to the Midwest to work for the health department in Quincy, allowing him to give back to the community that initially welcomed him to the Unites States. He has since worked for a couple private dental offices before starting Prestige Dental Care in St. Louis in 2012.
Dr. Ilic strongly believes in continuing education as a means to stay at the cutting edge of dentistry and routinely enrolls himself and his staff in the best professional development programs available. As a result of his beliefs and these programs, Dr. Ilics patients benefit by receiving the highest quality care possible. Continuing education programs have included the Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL and the Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ, homes of two of the best continuing education programs in the country. In addition, he is a member of several professional organizations including the Greater Saint Louis Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Missouri Dental Association. Dr. Ilic is a proud supporter of Give Kids a Smile, a local not-for-profit organization that helps to provide free dental care to St. Louis area children with limited or no access to care.
Candace is the liaison between the doctor, clinical team and the patients. She is the backbone of the front desk team! She worked in a medical office for many years, before joining Dr. Ilics practice. Candace enjoys meeting and assisting our patients with coordinating treatment, insurance coverage and billing questions.
Candace lived abroad, in Germany and Greece, for many years. When shes not working, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and loved ones, especially her husband and three children.
Being the social butterfly that she is, Brenda uses her outgoing personality and 20+ years experience, making patients comfortable and putting them at ease when visiting Prestige Dental Care. In her free time she likes spending time with her family and playing with her parrots.
Kelly helps to coordinate the excellent care we give our patients to provide them with a bright, healthy smile. Kelly also performs a variety of duties in our office from chair-side assistant, to lab technician, andadministrative assistant. She wears so many hats and we are grateful for the years of hard work and dedicationshe has shown to our patients.
Amy chose her career in dental hygiene while working as a receptionist in a dental office. She feels the most rewarding part of her position is the relationship she builds with her patients while educating them in their overall and oral health. She is a St. Louis native who earned her Dental Hygiene Degree in 1999 from St. Louis Community College-Forest Park. She has donated her time and talents to Give Kids a Smile and is an active member of the Greater St. Louis Dental Hygiene Association. Amy has two children and enjoys cooking, walking, gardening and spending time with her family and friends.
