Terrible office. Went there for a fill in that he insisted I needed (wasn't bothering me yet) I've been in so much pain ever since he touched it and he didn't even fill it in correctly because I still see my cavity. I came in with a cracked tooth he said he needed to wait for insurances approval but that was months ago and I never heard anything back. He's very dismissive and does what he want. I came back a while later complaining about the same cracked tooth that I needed fixed because I was getting a new retainer and he still dismissed me. Every time I call to make an appointment I'm waiting on hold for the longest or they say they're having issues with the computer and tell ME to call back instead of getting back to me? Nice ladies but the worst service ever. Dentist is only concerned about money. Seen it with other patients too who can't afford the treatments. Go somewhere else.

The doctor is still the best! Even after I went missing for 3 years he was able to continue my crowning procedure! Very nice attitude and loves telling jokes. I don't mind paying out of pocket, worth the price and does it right. Also the front desk lady is such a sweetheart and very patient. 5/5

Terrible service. All the good review ma are from Dr. J the man. But the women is very unprofessional, lazy are her job, I been there 2 times and was given the runaround. Only got a 1 start teeth cleaning. Staff is friendly and helpful. She is always in a rush to see you, did not give me any good solutions. I wish I would of met Dr. J to see how good his service is. But as far as the women dentist that is there her service deserve a 0 start. Wasting people time and getting money from insurance company for bad service.

Initially called to make the appt with Dr. Jhaveri (the man) and was told that his wife was the only one who took my insurance, so I ended up seeing her instead. She was not friendly. I did not like her at all. My mom also went to see her and had a bad experience as well. I do not recommend her.

I've had four visits for a root canal with Dr. Jhaveri and his assistant Stephanie and the experience was amazing. They made sure I was okay and comfortable throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had thoroughly.

Probably one of the kindest staff I've ever had experience with. The secretary is very kind and helpful and the dentist as well as the assistant are very diligent and informative. They made sure I was comfortable and well informed on the procedures I'd be getting. A very pleasant environment to be in, especially when you're getting procedures done other than a routinely cleaning.

Dr. Jhaveri is knowledgeably in his field of Dentistry. He is very gentle and simple to communicate. the entire process is explained and options are given. There in no waiting time and his office staffs are efficient and caring. The whole experience of my Bone implant was painless. Thanks. Yogi.

I just started coming here and it feels great to finally have a dentist that really cares about your health. I have seen so other dentist and none of them made me feel as comfortable as the two doctors that work here. They explain everything in detail and also make you feel very welcome. They do not rush their work they are very precise because they want what's best for you. Even the staff are so kind. I'm glad I found this dental practice in my area.

Very good dentist. Good at his job and also communicates well. Provides clear communication on what are my options and what each option would entail. Provided dental x-ray of before and after to show what was done. Communicates all through the procedure to ensure I am fine throughout. A very positive experience overall

I went to see Dr. Jhaveri on an emergency basis because of a really bad wisdom tooth that was not allowing my jaw to open wide! I'm very scared of dentists so I called my friend who is also terrified of dentists, and she assured me Dr. Jhaveri is great. He took us on the same day, and even was able to resolve my issue completely in literally one minute without any anxiety or extra nonsense! Kathleen at the front desk was constantly cleaning because of COVID and she was so nice and accommodating! Stephanie who works in the clinical part of the office was amazing as well and super friendly. The dentist was so knowledgeable and explained things very calmly. My boyfriend even made an appointment and he hates doctors and dentists too! They have super new and updated equipment and X-ray machines, and it was an easy process. 10/10 would recommend him or his wife, who also works in the practice!

Dr. Jhaveri is an excellent dentist. He is compassionate, caring and kind. Most importantly he is patient and understanding. I never met a doctor that cared about making sure I'm not just smiling on the outside but on the inside as well, you will be great hands, from start to finish. I am so impressed with his work it is truly prestige.

Dr J does great work at very reasonable prices. He take his time to ensure that his patients are satisfied with his work. Kathy and Stefani are extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend Prestige Dental, Floral park.
