I have been coming here since 1996. Can't say enough how much "I love Dr. Press." Extremely kind, intelligent, informative about about my care, and just a good hearted person. I have always felt taken care of by him and his wonderful staff...even with staff changes over the years, the atmosphere and attention to care and detail have never varied. Highly recommended. After moving some years ago, I still drive 45 mins to see them. John, 58, Columbus mi.

Long story made very short. My son had 3 baby teeth extracted by Dr. Press. Upon returning home my son realized 1/2 of one tooth was still there. I called and was assured there was "no way" that happened. I emailed pictures to confirm there was 1/2 of tooth but was told Dr. Press couldn't tell from a picture (It was very clear that half the tooth was still there). After a few more calls and emails I was offered an appointment next day to "reassure me". We get to the appointment next day an sure enough half the tooth was still there. Dr. Press took absolutely no accountability for this. We did not even get an apology, He just kept repeating this never happens, I never do this. Well you did and your staff made me seem like I was crazy for even suggesting that it had happened. The fact that half the tooth was left is not even my problem, mistakes happen. The problem is how dismissive everyone was to me when I called to let them know about it. We should have been able to come right back, while my son was still numb, to have the tooth taken care of. Not wait an entire day and have my son have to get numbed up again.

Just switched my family to Dr. Press. Absolutley love this office. Everyone is very friendly and they are GREAT at what they do! And there is an office dog! They don't try to force unnecessary treatment, which I have experienced elsewhere. So glad we made this change!

Just switched my family to Dr. Press. Absolutley love this office. Everyone is very friendly and they are GREAT at what they do! And there is an office dog! They don't try to force unnecessary treatment, which I have experienced elsewhere. So glad we made this change!

Dr. Press is very concerned about his patients, very friendly and very gentle, thats why I've been going to him since he first started over 25 years ago. My son sees him and now my grandkids. You won't go wrong with Dr. Press!

Staff are friendly and accommodating .. Dr Press is awesome doctor. My family been seeing him more than 20 years now.
