Dr. Jessica Figueroa is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry and the University of Florida for undergraduate studies. Dr. Figueroa has her Florida Dental License active in addition to her NERB, which allows her to practice in New York City. This passionate and dynamic doctor truly loves what she does. Dr. Figueroa is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry. She constantly improves herself learning the most updated dentistry through her constant continuing education and the services offered so that you receive the dental care you deserve! Dr. Figueroa enjoys baking, soccer, and playing the piano during her free time.
Dr. Kate Pickett received her Doctor of Dental Medicine and Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She then went on to receive her Advanced Education in General Dentistry certificate through the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. She has received extensive training through continued education in various aspects of dentistry, giving her a well-rounded skill set to provide excellent care for all of her diverse patients of all ages and needs. When she is not in the office, she loves to travel, rock climb, ski and explore this wonderful city with her husband and two little girls.
Dr. Kaufman has clinical expertise in full mouth rehabilitation, restoring implants, electronic charting, soft tissue laser surgeries, and anterior and posterior endodontics. She is a competent dentist, comfortable with treating pediatric, adult, geriatric, and medically complex patients.
Dr. Kaufman is amenable and eager to learn new systems and products, adaptable to different practice settings. She has excellent communication skills and can establish relationships with patients easily.

I arrived as an emergency patient. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dr. Figueroa and her assistant stayed late so as to finish my treatment, which worked beautifully. The location is convenient and well appointed. I am a satisfied customer and plan to return.

I have tried almost ten different dentists here in NYC, and they lied to me regarding the dental Anastasia every single time, and I was getting seizures and heart palpitation. ( DR Figueroa )She is one of a kind, very professional and "LISTEN" to you and Not A Lier at all. She is one of the best, and I'm happy I found her. They also have professional assistants, which is a plus

They give prices at the beginning and the next thing you know there charging you for stuff that was never mention , there is a LADY with blonde hair and glasses that don't even know how to her job the right way , charges for stuff that weren't supposed to be charge, don't know how to treat people and to be honest I felt like I was being rob because she had no idea what she was doing, Really bad service I would not recommend this place especially with that lady working there .

As usual, my care was kind, caring and focused on my well being. All current protocols followed, I felt safe and comfortable. It's always nice to see Dr. Figueroa, Angela, Carlos and Ausmary, all who uphold the highest standards of professionalism and patient care. I was seen on a day most offices would have closed due to bad weather, which really helped me out. When asked, I always recommend Presidental Care to anyone in need of good dental care. Thank you for taking great care of me and my dental health.

Useless!. They only do cleaning and then just refer to another useless "specialist"...... Do not waste time with those gold diggers!

Ms. Figueroa is very professional, takes all her time to explain the necessary treatment. She is very thorough and delicate. Angela, is extremely thorough with her cleaning and does a great job giving tips. Overall, the facility is immaculately clean and the staff does a great job at communicating via email and phone. I'm very satisfied with my work. Looking forward to my Invisalign journey!

Great Care! I had my Invisalign through them and also wisdom teeth extraction. The administrative staffs and dental hygienists are friendly and professional. Trust they will take care you! Dr. Figueroa explained the process of my Invisalign treatment throughly and was also available to answer any question. Dr. Guglielmi (surgeon) is amazing. He is doctor no pain :D Tashi

Very disappointed. I would be very careful before you spend a lot of money here. You will probably get things you don't need and when there is a problem you are on your own. Not saying anything bad about the people, but there are reasons why they give you a waiver. I hate being that guy who complains because I am not like that but after more than 20,000 dollars and returning every 3 months for cleanings and x rays I would think I would get more than 1 year out of the teeth they fixed and sold me Invisalign for that they now tell me have to come out. I am not a dentist but if there are problems tell the patient. Don't just keep taking money and then sorry.

I switched from the Manhattan location because I learned my favorite Doctor was no longer practicing and Covid has kept me out of the city. I saw no reason to return and decided to try this location out and I am so pleased that I did. Location was super easy to get to (I live nearby) so was able to walk (If you are driving, parking is difficult). The office was incredibly spacious (much bigger than the NYC spot), very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. The host was absolutely lovely and we had a nice chat. Ms. Figueroa is just as amazing as the doctor I fell in love with at the last location. Quick, efficient, friendly and effective. I am so scared of shots and dental work because of past horrible experiences and she put me right at easy. I was in and out in less than an hour for a cleaning and a quick cavity fix. Easy peasy.

I have gone to them from the past several years and have always felt welcomed and treated very well. They are very well setup to help all people. I will continue to go here as they are better than the others I have visited here in the past.

I went for my introductory exam today and was deeply impressed. The facility is comfortable, spacious and inviting. All the staff were absolutely lovely! The receptionist is helpful and engaging, the dental technician was so patient and had a feather-light touch, and Dr. Figueroa herself was so pleasant and reassuring as she assessed my dental needs and provided excellent suggestions.
