Dr. Jirsa has been in practice locally since 1989. He graduated magna cum laude from Cornell College with a bachelors degree in biology and chemistry and then went on to pursue a career in dentistry. After moving back to his native Illinois, he graduated from Northwestern University Dental School. Dr. Jirsa then completed a masters degree with a certificate in periodontology from Ohio State University before moving to Arizona to open his practice.
As a patient-focused doctor, he makes sure that your needs, comfort and concerns are of the highest priority. He prides himself on staying abreast of the latest technology and providing you with the most advanced care available. For instance, his office is equipped with a Cone Beam CT scanner. This high-tech device increases the accuracy of dental implant placement while reducing surgical time and the healing period following treatment.
Dr. Jirsa has always tried to give back to the local community. Currently, he is a senior member of the Kiwanis Club of Prescott, a board member of the Prescott YMCA and a mentor with the Yavapai Big Brothers program. He is married wtih two children and five Italian Spinones.
Dr. Walker ensures that patients have a comfortable and pleasant experience where education and treatment can be provided. Dr. Walker completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and received a bachelors degree in biology. He earned his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. While in dental school, Dr. Walker was a member of the Robert R. Andrews Honor Society and received several clinical and research awards. Dr. Walker continued his dental training at the University of Oklahoma Graduate Periodontics Program and was awarded his certificate in periodontology and a masters degree in periodontics.
In the dental office, Dr. Walker informs and guides the patient using computer-guided surgery before the dental process. Dr. Walker became a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2014. A diplomate is a periodontist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty and who is certified by the American Board of Periodontology.
Dr. Walkers treatment philosophy is to provide excellent periodontal and implant therapy for referring dentists and their patients. He ensures that patients have a comfortable and pleasant experience where education and treatment can be provided. Dr. Rishi Guha is dedicated to providing an excellent patient experience through his extensive education and dedication to his patients. He has educational and clinical experience that proves he is an extremely qualified heath care professional. This allows him to provide an elevated level of care to his patients.
Dr. Guha is an extremely qualified periodontist, as evidenced by his extensive clinical skills and multiple degrees not only in periodontics but also oral medicine, oral immunology and radiology. In addition to his educational and clinical skills, he is very empathetic and patient centered, allowing him to provide an elevated level of care to his patients.

It was my first visit to Prescott Periodontics and it was very clean and professional, lots of staff who know how to do their job. I did have a longer than normal wait time to see the dr, but they were very attentive and apologized and gave me a $25 Fry's gift card for any inconvenience. They told me my X-rays and teeth photos were free and billed my dental insurance for the visit. Dr Walker was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable so that made me feel comfortable. Overall it was probably the best visit to a drs office I have ever had even though I had to wait extra long. I think they are really good at what they do! The lady who checked me out was even laughing and joking around with me! Very refreshing to find people who enjoy what they do! Thank you Prescott Periodontics!

Dr. Walker is extremely kind. He explains everything in detail, and is please to answer any questions. You definitely do not feel like a number, but rather a respected human being. I cannot say enough about him. His staff is very pleasant and compassionate. Definitely recommend this office.
