An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

I was very GRATEFUL the receptionist HONORED the initial exam and X-rays according to what I had been told!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

BEWARE. I scheduled with the Call center for a new patient x-rays and cleaning. The day before I got a phone call telling me I was going to be receiving a limited new patient exam. Never did they tell me that would exclude me from getting my cleaning done since it's not a full exam, keep in mind I scheduled a full exam. After the receptionist made a scene in front of all the other patients in the lobby. I requested to speak to Dr. Brown he was so unprofessional and unrelenting that it was the call centers problem and he hates working with them . Now this is my problem left with no services rendered had to drive in a torrential downpour of rain wasted over 2 1/2 hours of time. Beware they are extremely unprofessional from front to back. Completely BEWARE1

I went to this Dental office for the first time this week. Everyone was so kind and friendly. Front desk helped me get checked in. She put me at ease, and was so helpful. Darby took impressions, and was so patient and nice. I have never in my 65 years of life met a Dentist like Dr. Brown. He was so compassionate, and thoroughly explained everything to me. He was so nice. I am so glad that I found this Dental practice. Thanks to all of you for making my first visit nice, and comfortable. I will definitely tell everybody I know how wonderful Dr Brown and his staff were. Thank you

1st visit to this office, thought I had church caked a back tooth. After x-rays and the dr checking everything out, all was ok. The dr was great along with the office staff. All very helpful. Will return in Sept.

Everyone I've encountered has been extremely friendly and competent. I had my wisdom teeth removed by their oral surgeon and he was super quick and efficient. Glad to have found an office full of people who know what they're doing!

Thank you to Dr Brown and his staff! From the folks up front, to his assistants and hygienist, they've always been so nice and thorough. They seem to deal with lots of unrestful customers as well, but they always handle them with grace and a mind towards customer service. Thanks for being such an awesome office!

Front office staff are very friendly and they did go above and beyond when I let them know they are incorrectly billing me. It did take several phone calls to my Insurance company and this office, but we finally got the right amount that I needed to pay with Insurance. That's the reason for at least the two star rating. Back office left something to be desired. The Dental Assistant could have been friendlier. Personally I am not afraid of the Dentist, but there are some people who are and I feel she did not have a demeanor I would want if I didn't like the Dentist. The doctor was OK, but again his demeaner could have been a little more lively and welcoming. If you have anxiety about going to the Dentist this place is not for you, unless you want the front desk ladies working on you...they were the only personable ones I encountered while in this building. They will try to overcharge you, if you have Insurance make sure you call your Insurance to verify what your out of pocket amount will be.

I have never been so happy or comfortable at the dentist before! I was greeted by smiling faces from Brandi and Kaitlin who helped me understand my options and I ended up signing up for their in house plan. Darby did such a great job making my x-rays quick and comfortable and Lo got me settled in the room and explained everything. Dr Brown is so calm and kind, I felt at ease immediately. He reviewed my x-rays and recommended that we keep an eye on things, but that I didn't need anything now. Wow! I have never had an appointment where a dentist didn't try to sell me something. Kim did a thorough job on my cleaning a few months later and I just had to share how awesome my experience was from start to finish. I'm a retired healthcare worker and I know that feedback, especially positive feedback is so important. Give this office a try, you won't regret it.

Appointment booked 6 months in advanced, 4 days before the appointment was cancelled by office staff without reason. I was offered a new appointment date 2 weeks later. Sadly I was not thrilled with this and just started going to Aspen Dental instead. Aside from my little mishap I will still give this place a recommendation as said below in my past review. Happy dental hunting. My exam started out a little bumpy as the dentist assistant appeared to be having a bad day was the result was having my X-Rays redone over multiple times. The X-rays were very good and useful in the end though. On the second part of the visit I started a deep cleaning as I had plaque buildup under my gums. The cleaning went well and the hygienist took her time even though she was working about an hour an a half overtime to do the cleaning for me, which I much appreciated. I left the office happy with the results of the cleaning.

My dentist in Dewey couldn't see me for 2 more weeks, prescott modern saw me right away same day and I saved $421.00 with my ppo plan for extraction an abscessed tooth, the dentist that did procedure was very compassionate and told me everything step by step awesome dental group, I definitely switch over to Prescott Modern Dentistry today.

I really wish I would have read more before going here to get my wisdom teeth removed. Worst dentist I've ever been to, and I've been to A LOT of dentists. Front desk lady was nice. But dentists REFUSED to tell me what kind of drugs they were going to give me even after I inquired several times. Woke up with scabs around my mouth. If I could demand my money back to get all four of my wisdom teeth put back in my face I absolutely would. Going out like king tut is not worth this trash. strongly recommend no one ever waists there money here.

The management with their pricing is very deceptive. The office is corporate owned. I have been in the dental business since I was 19 and have never had such a terrible experience in any dental office in my entire life. My advice is to run, don't walk away from there and stay away! Find a dental office that is not corporate owned and actually care about your business and do a good job. A private practice. The only reason I did go there was because I was new to Prescott and did not know any better. Big mistake!
