Went to this place to get a root canal and crown put on my tooth, the doctor messed up and left a piece of the nerve in the tooth. Now it's gotten infected and I have to pay again to have the same treatment done. Apparently they can't do anything cuz they don't warranty a successful treatment. They were happy to take the money tho.

Exceptional service. Excellent staff, the front desk is always so kind and helpful. The assistants are always attentive and very careful! Dr. Tran is incredible, very transparent with the process. Nothing ever felt rushed, I never felt overlooked. I now have beautiful, straight, pearly whites thanks to this amazing team! Premium family dental is 11/10 and I recommend any family member/friend for braces here. I cannot say enough good things about this office.

I made my appointment one month in advance but unfortunately they decided to ONLY CALL ONCE which mysteriously I never got, to change the time of the appointment. they moved up the time by 30 min, you can imagine the frustration of that after driving for an hour just to be met by an NPC of receptionist spitting out the same lines over and over again. i don't blame her but I do who ever let this happen. this wasn't a very premium experience at all.

I only put one star because of the service I had with the assistant. The service is decent but the way I was treated by I believe Mariella Pena, she was awfully rude. Its one of the worst experience I hav ever had, she completely treated me with zero to no respect. It was not the first time either. My daughter has braces and when we went for her to get her colors changed as she finished she shows my daughter the wiring she removes and shows her that there is food around the wire and tells her to brush her teeth better and then proceeds to put it back in with the food in it and everything. I then inspect my daughter teeth and see that there is still food inside the wiring. I ask my daughter what happened and she tells me what the assistant did and told her. I go to question MARIELLA very nicely why it is that happened, because I do understand since there is a pandemic there may be some limitations on what the dentist can or cant do. I ask her why it is that she did what she did and with a very negative and rude tone she says, "its not my job to do that, I won't do that". I am stunned as I was very nice in asking her the question and trying to get an answer. I believe no one should be treated like that, especially if I treated her with respect. The receptionist are great, and helpful afterwards. MARIELLA Pena the assistant is the real issue

Always clean,and welcoming and the staff very helpful and friendly, extremely polite. Very helpful, and truly concerned about making your visit no stressful appointment especially being a Dentist office.Never had a bad experience, were genuinely concerned about a blood pressure reading I once had.

Even though I am not finished with my procedure, the staff was really nice. They made sure I understood everything for now and for my future visit. Dr. Van and her assistant were both really nice and informative and the two receptionist women were very welcoming. Way better than any Dentist Office I've been to in a while.
