At PremierOne Implant Centers, we strive for continual pursuit of excellence. Dr. Mark Schenkmans mission is to provide safe, compassionate and efficient state of the art oral and maxillofacial surgical and anesthesia services.

Dr. Schenkman graduated from The State University of New York in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science Degree, majoring in Biology. He went on to earn his D.D.S. degree from The Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in Baltimore, Maryland in 1994. Following his time in Baltimore, he went to the west coast and completed a two-year General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Sepulveda. California in 1996. After completion of his GPR, he moved to northern California and worked in private practice in Napa, California and as a civilian contract dentist at Travis Air Force Base in Sacramento, California. One year later, he decided to serve his country and became an officer in the United States Air Force from 1997-2001. While in the USAF, he became trained in the removal of wisdom teeth and conscious sedation and caught the Oral Surgery Bug. He then was accepted and completed a four year Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency (Chief Resident in 2005) from Temple University Hospital from 2001-2005. In August of 2005, he became an associate surgeon in PremierOne Implant Centers, and became a partner in the practice in June 2007.

Dr. Schenkman is committed to staying up to date with the latest techniques in Oral Surgery. He has completed hundreds of hours in continuing education learning new procedures that are less invasive and provide a better experience for his patients. He is trained in S.M.A.R.T. Minimally Invasive Bone Grafting and is a Certified TeethXpress Provider.

1999 Dr. Schenkman became an Associate Clinical Professor at the Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene in Boston, MA where he established an externship at Hanscom AFB, instructed students and maintained quality assurance program for the clinic. 1997-2001 USAF Hanscom AFB, General Dental Officer, provided outpatient dental services for personnel assigned to Hanscom AFB and surrounding New England Area. Infection control officer, Continuing Education Officer, Dental Records Monitor, Coordinate Dental rating and special duty Personnel Program to ensure forces are immediately deployable and combat ready. Provided I. V. sedation and oral surgery services for Hanscom Dental Clinic. Also became an Associate Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Restorative Dentistry Dept, Operative Division, Boston, MA 1999-2001. Clinical Instructor for general dentistry evening clinic supervision 3rd and 4th-year dental students. Dr. Schenkman received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Certificate from Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. in 2005.

Outside of the office, Dr. Schenkman is a loving husband and father of 4 wonderful children, 3 boys, and his youngest, a girl. He enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family. He is a technology aficionado which serves his personal and professional endeavors. He is an avid sports fan, has interests in digital marketing, investing, and cryptocurrency, and has also created his own line of environmentally friendly products on Amazon.

Dr. Mohamed Ilshahuome began his dental career in 2004 earning his first dental degree from the University of Benghazi in Libya. After graduation, he had the opportunity to work for 5 years in the oral surgery department of Benghazi Dental School actively participating in the clinical, teaching, and scientific activities of the department both at the dental school and its affiliate Aljala Trauma Hospital in Benghazi. During this time Dr. Ilshahuome also worked in several private practices as well.

In 2010, Dr. Ilshahuome moved to the United States to pursue a three-year advanced training in oral surgery with oral medicine at New York University School of Dentistry, a program accredited by the Royal College of Surgeon in Ireland. During and after finishing the program, Dr. Ilshahuome became eligible to sit for the membership and fellowship examinations of the Royal College in Oral surgery with Oral Medicine. He became a member of the Royal College in 2012 and fellow diplomat in oral surgery with oral medicine in 2014. During his training at NYU, Dr. Ilshahuome participated in the Student Research Days and he had been awarded twice the outstanding presentation award in oral surgery for the 2012 and 2013, respectively.

Also during his time in New York, Dr. Ilshahuome joined the Department of Epidemiology & Health Promotion at New York University School of Dentistry, while he earned a master degree in clinical research in 2015. During this year, Dr. Ilshahuome worked as a part time assistant teaching for the third and fourth year dental students oral surgery clinics in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery of New York University School of Dentistry.

In 2016, Dr. Ilshahuome moved to Boston, Massachusetts to pursue an advanced standing DMD program to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. During his time there he made the Deans list, was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society (OKU), and awarded the American Academy of Oral & Maxillofacial Pathology Dental Student Award.

Before joining the PremierOne team, Dr. Ilshahuome worked as a staff dentist limiting his practice to oral surgery at Community Health Connections in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. He was also a faculty for NYU Langone Health participating in teaching and training postdoctoral residents in Fitchburg training site for the Advanced Education In General Dentistry Program (AEGD).

As a team, we attend accredited continuing dental education courses that help our staff excel in their respected fields of expertise.

Stacey has been a Dental Assistant for 28 years. Stacey is committed to her family, career and volunteer work. A volunteer at the Blue Pride Ambassadors Club in Attleboro, she has been enhancing the educational experience for students in the Greater Attleboro Area for the past 5 years. Staceys energy, commitment to excellence, and sense of humor are assets to our team. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her husband and son!!

Samantha has been a Surgical Assistant for 8 years. Samantha has her Certified Dental Assistant & Radiology License, is a Licensed BLS Provider and is DAANCE Certified with a license as an anesthesia assistant. Samantha is passionate about serving her patients with the upmost care. Outside of work Samantha enjoys spending time with her two daughters, as well as her husband Chris.

Kristy graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a Dental Assistant Certification. She has been working in the field ever since. After hours Kristy enjoys watching sports and going camping with her family.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jeannette graduated from the Boston University Dental Assistant Program, and has worked as a surgical assistant for over 30 years. In her spare time, Jeannette volunteers at the Greenlock Therapeutic Riding Center, where she has volunteered for the past 5 years.

Nathan has worked in Sales and Customer Service for over 15 years. Helping clients reach their goals is his favorite part of his job. When he is not at work, Nathan enjoys playing disk golf, going out to eat, and spending time with his cat and girlfriend.

Stephanie has been in the dental field for over 10 years with 8 years in oral surgery. She is a certified dental assistant, has her radiology license, a BLC provider, Daance certified, and a licensed anesthesia assistant. Outside of work she spends her time with her husband two sons and cat.
