Talk about a very, very rude front desk receptionist. I canceled my appointment that would have been over $1500 simply because of how rude and unprofessional she was! As a front desk receptionist who is the first person to speak with customers you need to be respectful, nice, and professional and that is not what I had received. Not to mention this happened the two times I had spoken with her. She sounded like an older lady who probably is near her retirement and could care less how she speaks to an individual.

The wait time was excessive but the service and price was worth the wait. The doctor made me feel very comfortable.

I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth removed but the staff and surgeon were understanding and put me at ease. I was in and out in no time. I would recommend this office to anyone!

They really were helpfully and nice! I came back for my check up and told them my concern of the bump i had and explained to me how i can make it go away and called a week later for check up on me !

I had no idea about care credit to pay for dental work! The office was very helpful in providing me with the information to apply. I healed very nicely from wisdom tooth extraction. Even though a couple of my teeth had been growing in and started to impact the adjacent teeth all the teeth were removed in 1 piece and the surgical sites were very clean.

I've been a patient of Dr. Martey's for a long time. Having services rendered by him, I can personally attest to his expertise. Being a member of the Humboldt Healthcare Community, I've always felt confident recommending him. This fall I was witness to a situation, where he took care of one of my patients, when two previous dental providers demurred from this complicated case. My patient was beyond grateful for the compassion and care he received. Thank you Dr. Martey for continuing to be an asset to the county we call home.

I was referred to this office to have a wisdom tooth removed. Scheduling the appointment and filling out paperwork took longer than the actual procedure. Everyone was nice and professional, especially dealing with all the Covid protocols!

Dr Martey and his staff are excellent, professional, and caring. Dr Martey clearly explained what he was going to do and then the procedure was completed. I did opt for Anesthesia which was a bonus. But LOVE Dr Martey and his staff!!

Was able to get in quick after looking for a dentist to pull a bad tooth I had been dealing with for about 3 months. Staff and doctor were absolutely amazing, kind and caring.
