All the staff at premier Denial are excellent. I've been a pt. her for more than two decades and I keep coming back due.to Dr.H.Hui.> very warm knowledgeable and excellent dentist. I highly recommend this facility. I salute all the staff.

I usually have no wit time at all for my appointments. Today, Paula, cleaned my teeth and she was able to get stains off that I have had for years.

Amazing dentist. I called to see about scheduling an appt and within 24 hrs from the phone call, I had my teeth cleaned and a wisdom tooth extracted. Amazing service. Everyone on their staff did a great job. I will be back and definitely recommend

Dr Hui is a Good Dentist who listens to his patients and cares about them. Dr Mauricio who did then crown on my dental implant is very nice. Gabriel and rest of the staff is courteous considerate. But mainly I went there was for Dr Hui. Who later made some adjustments to my crown to perfection.He is a great Dentist. I forgot my handbag and the staff waited till 8 PM for me. I really appreciate that. Very Good People.

Very professional and efficient. Mauricio and Gabrielle are the best. I highly recommend. I decided to get my Invisalign done by them and they have been nothing but great. The dentist chairs even have a massage component which helps put me at ease when they are drilling.

Horrible Customer Service. Esther the office manager is the absolute worse. This location engages in overcharging and refuses to refund the overpayment. * Thank you for your response. Please follow-up with your office. This has been going on since July 2021. Your office (probably Esther) had the nerve to file another claim with my insurance for additional money 03/30/2022. Note, this is the 2nd or 3rd time the office has filed the same claim seeking additional money. My insurance has already communicated the overpayment and the monies due to me.

Friendly staff, but you have wait LONG time even if you are the first patient arriving to the office. I got a few dental procedures done and the last procedure I had to ask for refund because they suggested a different (costly) procedure instead of the original accepted one. They couldn't confirm if I was getting my refund because they had to speak with upper management they said. If you care for your $$$ and time don't waste your time going here. I give two stars for the friendly staff, but one of the hygienist is horrible and painful. The other hygienist was more professional and gentle.

This OFFICE (downtown West Palm Beach Fl.) tried to rip me off of $182.00. I live walking distance from the office. I have Florida Medicaid. I called them to make an appointment because I was in pain. They said there office couldn't take anymore Medicaid patience. I told them I didn't have transportation right now could I walk to them for this one time emergency. They said yes. Be prepared to pay 182.00. I said at the top of the call I have Medicaid. So I tried to ask why I had to pay. I was interrupted 3 consecutive times when I tried to ask why I needed 182.00. I said forget it. I hung up the phone and immediately called my insurances company. (Liberty Dental) I was told there was no way I should have to pay a dime. My insurance company called them. The receptionist told my insurance company the 182.00 was for extra things they were going to have to do.....lol. If I had $182.00 would I be on Medicaid. I can't help to think they were going to charge extra because I asked to be seen at that particular office because I could walk there due to not having transportation for that particular day. My dental insurance was going to pay in full for a extraction of the tooth. So it wasn't like they were going to be out of any money at all. Either I was being charged extra because they couldn't take anymore Medicaid patience and they were making an exception or the receptionist was going to pocket the $182.00. This was wrong anyway you look at it. You know the saying....IF IT LOOKS LIKE A DUCK.....ECT.

I moved to West Palm Beach from Connecticut last year. I had the same dentist for more than 20 years. I was a little concerned about finding another good fit. The Premiere Dental Care team exceeded my expectations. They are welcoming and well-staffed with all the latest equipment and experience. I highly recommend them.

Yes this is my experience at this until yesterday the doctors and all that was good but for my insurance incorporate with it they said it was 100% coverage but you still need it some other proof or something how much they going to pay but I think you should have had it with only this fix my mouth and cuz they going to pay anyway to me it was it wasn't so good visit to me I need teeth in my mouth so I didn't have too much of a good visit I was frustrated and spent the whole afternoon in the office and at that I wasn't pleased about it thank you goodbye

Honestly I could not have asked for a better dentist or hygienist I was petrified of going to the dentist for years because of one bad experience and I should not have my first appointment here was Friday 02/12/2021 and I did my cleaning and explained I was scared because of previous hygienist and the lovely young lady who cleaned my teeth was so nice and kept asking if I was okay or in pain.! And then today 02/15/2021 went in and got 2 molars extracted and I felt nothing and again the entire time I was being told everything going on am what I should feel (even though I felt nothing) ! I honestly couldn't be happier that I found them .! I will definitely be here for a while.! Thank you guys! Vikki Gildersleeve
