If you are looking to get Invisalign treatment this is the best place. The care, attention, knowledge and dedication that Ondina provides is exepcional. I have been one of her patients for over 3 years, and the satisfaction that I got has no words to describe it. The change that she made in my smile was amazing, she takes care of even small details until you are satisfied, no matter how long is your treatment. She has a lot of patience and she listens to every request that you ask for. It is obvious that she has a passion for what she does and this is what makes a difference because she really wants to help you. Thank you for everything.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews they are paid reviews and Ondina is rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed with my Invisalign and care at this office. IT'S A SCAM

Do not come here! They will overcharge the patient and the insurance company which is FRAUD. I was given a dental payment plan for two implants which took into account what my insurance was estimated to cover and then they charged me for the difference up front which I understand is standard procedure. However, then I received the insurance statement which stated that the insurance paid them $500 more than what they had estimated which means they owed this $500 back to me. I have sent them all the paperwork for this and have gone back and forth with them for the last 2 years. They either never respond or say they will figure it out and never call back. When I called to follow up on this, the office manager Lizzie March, stated that it was either my responsibility to pay for the entire procedure out of pocket (which is false because the original payment plan took into account my insurance) or that they bill the insurance but that they will not refund me what they charged up front. As I mentioned, this is fraud, and I will be reaching out to my insurance company to have them audited.

ONDINA, the Invisalign Coordinator is the best! My son Rich and I have been coming to Premier Dental care for a little over 2 years, now. She worked miracles on both me and my sons teeth. His life is forever changed. (See photo attached) So, If you want to get your Invisalign done, make sure you get it done by ONDINA, at Premier Dental Care, at the Pinecrest, FL, location. She's an expert at Invisalign and extremely polite and professional. You will be well taken care of. Just look how happy my son looks now.

First off, I want to thank all the staff for always providing me with a warm welcoming and for providing excellent customer service. I have 100% confidence on Ondina the Invisalign coordinator with her care, she definitely knows what she doing. She's very informative with each procedure step by step including suggestion on maintaining healthy gums and teeth. In regard to the dental hygienist Ivelisse, she goes deep and smooth into your gums avoiding unnecessary trauma leaving your mouth super clean. Once again Dr. Hui, thank you for employing such a good team. I can't leave without mentioning Sonny and Alina they're very supportive in the process.

This is the best place to have your dental care. I had my invisaling done with Ondina, and she was great, took her time explaining all the process and made sure the final result was perfect. I recommend this place, everyone is very professional and nice.
