Dr. Choi is exceptionally caring and skilled. He is always kind and receptive to my questions and concerns. The office staff from the receptionists to the dental assistants are all very friendly and accommodating. I have a lot of fear and anxiety with dental procedures. Dr. Choi and his staff take time to make me feel comfortable and reassured. If only all dental practices could offer such compassionate care--I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Choi and Premier Smiles.

An extremely professional, timely, and caring team. I always have the best experience; regardless of the complexity of my visit. Each and every team member works seamlessly together to make sure my visits are comfortable and efficient. The office is extremely clean, tidy, and inviting.

Both Drs. Choi are wonderful dentists as I have seen both for crowns, implant, cleanings, veneers. Both are kind and personal and very knowledgeable, professional and gentle. I won't go to anyone else! They are both very detailed and thorough, not to mention personable and prompt. I always have a chance to ask all my questions at each visit. The friendly office staff is top notch and everything is very clean and comfortable. They go out of their way to accommodate you. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental care!

The front desk receptionist who's handling phone calls was Very rude and inconsiderate when I needed to reschedule my appointment and only had remorse for her crass attitude and rhetoric after I informed her that I had a work related injury and a urgent ortho hand specialist appointment that opened up unfortunately the same day as my cleaning and instead told me I needed to reschedule my appointment for workers comp with the hand specialist to get my cleaning appointment. Zero empathy and Extremely disgusted by the lack of customer service and phone etiquette. I'll be going elsewhere for my dental care not because doctor Choi but because of how unwelcome and rude the front desk worker was when handling what should have just been a simple reschedule. Unfortunate.

The new receptionist as of July 2022 is not nearly as prompt as the other receptionist before her. Really very disappointed that this new receptionist does not answer the phone and is not as good as the other receptionist that went on maternity leave.

Dr Choi and his team rock! I had come to Premier Smiles for implant supported denture, maxillofacial hybrid. Dr Choi explained the differences in implant supported dentures, the procedures, the cost ... everything in detail. As well as telling me who and why he works with for the surgical part: Dr Trinh with Northern Virginia Oral Surgery Centers. Dr Choi's team members explained the billing and payment options and steered me in the right direction. I was confident committing to the procedure and couldn't be happier with the result! I am one week out of surgery, my temporary teeth fit wonderfully and the healing process is going extremely well. And let not forget their warm and kind personalities! Big Thank You!

I am very impressed with Doctor Choi. He is very gentle and professional , I have never had such a pleasant experience with a dentist before. I highly recommend him to anyone for their next dental appointment. Also , very nice and clean office and amazing staff !!!!

This is an amazing place. The place is super clean and organized. The service is top notch. This is really a family place where they spend the time to get to know you! My family loves coming here for checkups with Dr Sunnie.

Dr. Choi is amazing. He offers awesome services. He's the first and only dentist that uses excellent technique when numbing the surgical area prior to procedure. As a matter of fact I do not feel the pain of the needle.. When I'm in the chair I'm not nervous nor scared.

This is the best place to go if you are looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable dental team. Love them!!
