On October 29th, 2003 Premier Smiles, a comprehensive family, implant and cosmetic dentistry, arrived in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Our dental office is located along the Main Line in suburban Philadelphia. We are about 30 minutes from Center City, Philadelphia.
For more than 17years, our practice helped a lot of patients and also made a lot of friends too. There are patients who had to move and change their dentist. What is rewarding is that when they were nearby, were just coming into our office to say Hello. We have done full mouth reconstructions, crowns, bridges, implants, teeth whitening, fillings, root canals. We also provided cosmetic dentistry for those who needed it.
Dr. C. Florin Arhiri is a compassionate and internationally educated professional, delivering a world-class knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry to his patients in Pennsylvania. He has earned dental degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and spent six years studying cosmetic and implant dentistry at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Gr T Popa in Eastern Europe.
He is certified in Invisalign technologies and has completed his masters in the Cerec Cad-Cam system. He is certified in Advanced Anterior Esthetics from the prestigious Las Vas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the premier postgraduate program for cosmetic dentistry and neuromuscular dentistry in the United States.
Before moving to the United States, Dr. Arhiri spent two years with patients in a private dental practice in Eastern Europe. He chose to continue his career in cosmetic dentistry in Pennsylvania because he was compelled to enhance his knowledge and share his worldview of cosmetic dentistry to provide superior dental health to patients. Dr. C. Florin Arhiri prides himself in excellent patient care and beautiful and healthy smiles. Premier Smiles offers a new Dental Spa concept in affordable cosmetic dentistry, cosmetic dentistry procedures, restorative and general dentistry. We practice advanced state of the art technology in a relaxed and pain free environment in our Pennsylvania office. Our combination of advanced knowledge in a soothing atmosphere provides a safe and positive cosmetic dental experience.
She joined our team in 2008. She is a people person who loves greeting patients and having fun with her coworkers. Ruth has a nice reputation to create a positive atmosphere in the office with her funny jokes and funny personality.
Cami assists Dr Arhiri in clinical procedures, sterilizes instruments, takes X-rays and she also assists with scheduling and answering our phones. She joined our team in August 2018. She is following her mother footsteps that worked as a dental assistant for 20 years and she enjoys helping our patients feel comfortable.
Back in 2003 I started to help as many patients as I could by myself. Shortly after that, I added on board one front desk person and one assistant. Crazy times, indeed, but my passion to give my best in the field I loved most, kept me going.
In 2015 I married with Flori, then she started to manage my business (she has a business background plus an MBA in Marketing and Management). In a nutshell, since then, my life became easier. I could focus just on treating people instead of being in every department of the office while my wife was focusing on everything else.
Two years later, in 2018, we had Sophia Tatiana and in 2019 we had Antonia Maria. They added a lot of love in our family, and many challenges too. Our family extended rapidly and our business was growing fast. Therefore, in 2020, we made an emotional decision and purchased another dental office. I was driven by my passion to help as many people as possible to reach their oral health, plus, knowing that I have the best coach I could have, my wife, I did not think twice before buying our second office. Her business and leadership skills, her ability to give 150% in everything, her desire to put a smile on each patient smile, made me feel confident that I made the best decision. Without her help, this dream of mine would not have become a reality.
Together with our lovely team, we make dreams happen, and I am grateful for having nice people working with us and I am also happy to have a nice database of lovely patients. We love to work with people that want to make a difference in people's life, people that are patient centric and that go the extra mile in every situation.

I was scheduled to leave on a mission trip to the Amazon rainforest on Sunday morning. Friday night, I broke a lateral incisor. Try finding a dentist late Friday night who could see you before Sunday (over a holiday weekend no less). Try finding a Dentist who would even answer the phone. Dr. Arhiri did! He graciously scheduled me for the following morning even though I was not an existing patient. He did a remarkable job fixing the tooth and worked diligently to match the color of my very white teeth. He used the whitest material he had, but that was not quite enough so he is going to order some so we can get it right. While I was in the chair, I heard another patient call in with a small child who had broken 3 teeth and Dr. Arhiri agreed to stay late to see that patient as well. And remember, this was a Saturday over the Labor Day weekend. So, in my book, Dr Arhiri is not just an excellent dentist, but also an excellent human being. Update: The entire staff has been very helpful in billing my insurance company even after I paid in full so I could get some of that money back - and in working to get the right shade of white in stock so my smile can be as good as new.

I visited Dr. Arhiri for the first time on an emergency basis to take a look at a painful tooth which required a root canal. My regular dentist was on vacation and Dr. Arhiri was able to see right away with a same day appointment. He was able to perform the root canal immediately and took care of it within an hour. During the procedure, he carefully explained what would happen and showed great care to make it as painless as possible. Dr. Arhiri has a professional and compassionate demeanor. His dental assistants and administrative support staff are equally professional and made me feel comfortable during the visit, as well as explaining my financial options and addressing any concerns. Even the music playing at the office is very relaxing and comforting! I would strongly recommend Dr. Arhiri whether you need one time emergency care or a regular ongoing dentist. 5 stars.

They gave me a tooth too large for my from top row knowing I was leaving and wouldn't be able to come back if there was actually an issue. Never answered the phone or returned my voicemails. Abscess returned as well. Happily took 3 grand from me though. Scammers. Do not recommend.

Dr. Arhiri is a very compassionate and knowledgeable dentist. I have been a patient for over 10 years, and every time I've had a dental emergency I've been seen quickly. He has a great bedside manner, is very efficient, and does quality work. Cami is also friendly and wonderful. I recommend Premier Smiles for routine or emergency dentistry.

I was unhappy with my new Dental Practice after recently moving to PA and I found myself in a desperate position of pain on a Saturday when my work recommended care had no one staffed at any of their 6 locations that could perform oral surgery. Not only was I able to get in for an emergency appointment, my tooth did not need to be extracted and was able to be saved, something my primary Dentist didn't even want to try. I was so impressed by the Dentist and Practice that I've switched to Premiere Smiles as my primary!

I was so afraid When I walked into Dr Ahari's office but they reassured Me That I would be fine. Soooo tears and prayers I went and had eight teeth removed August 17, 2021. Went in today and got a fantastic report!!! Had meatloaf and mashed potatoes for dinner

Dr. Arhiri rebuilt / capped all of my (special needs) sons teeth. It was a long ordeal, covering several months, but Dr. Arhiri's patience and skill provided a wonderful smile, and more importantly a functional mouth that had been compromised due to the erosion of my sons teeth. I was so impressed with Dr. Arhiri's work that I am having my teeth and smile addressed as well. Cannot say enough good things about his knowledge, skill and compassion in working with a patient. Dr. Arhiri's assistant is superb as well.

The BEST dentist experience I've had thus far. Premier Smiles have top of the line equipments to do the job. I went in for a tooth extraction. Dr. A and his staff made me feel so at ease. And even thought I had to pay out of pocket for the service (due to the office being out of my network), Premier Smiles presented me with some financial payment options that I may want to explore. As a result, I didn't feel overwhelmed with my payments.

I was in town visiting my parents, and had a chipped front tooth. Called Premier Smiles on Saturday morning. Flori, Dr. Arhiri's wife who also manages the office, got me in immediately. Dr. Arhiri is competent and transparent with the work to be done and the costs. He projected my teeth on the TV monitor, clearly explained the work to be done, and offered options for a treatment plan. He did an excellent job that the tooth looks as though nothing had happened. If I were not living in California, I would definitely change my dental care to Dr. Arhiri. Highly recommend Dr. Arhiri and Premier Smiles.
