I have been a patient of Dr. Hagan's since 2018. He is very meticulous and explains everything so well. He is compassionate and cares about his patients. I had a filling fall out that I had done many years ago at another dental office and when I called Premier, Kasi was amazing! She talked to Dr. Hagan and Tracey about my situation since I travel out of state frequently for work and they were able to accommodate my schedule/needs and now my tooth is in great shape. I also get my cleanings done by Sarah and she is one of the most thorough hygienists that I've ever had clean my teeth. If you are looking to wheel and deal to get cheap care, this office is not for you. Dr. Hagan and his team provide the highest standard of quality care to their patients. Other offices overbook their schedule and see several patients at one time where the dentist walks in and out of your treatment room in the middle of your procedure or appointment. When I go to Dr. Hagan's office I know that I'm getting the best care for my specific needs.

Get everything in writing because Dr. Hagen is NOT trustworthy. His office staff is also belligerent, condescending, and rude. If you dare even ask questions to clarify services and cost, Dr. Hagen will drop you as a patient and tell you another dentist would better serve you - simply because he is too arrogant, unempathetic, unkind, and condescending to get off his pedestal and take time to answer patient questions and have a simple conversation. Clearly, this dentist does NOT need ANY new business and feels he is doing YOU a favor by being your dentist. Proceed at your own risk and regret...

I can't say enough about how great the staff is, Kasi, Tracey, Sarah and Dr. Hagan at Premier Prosthodontics. They're so friendly, helpful, transparent and really care about their patients. Dr. Hagan is very clear and it's wonderful how he explains what he's going to do, so comforting. My previous dentist of 20 years retired so I was pleased to find someone I like and can trust. Thank you to all the staff!

Great atmosphere! Very friendly and honest. Rest assured the whole office will always keep your best interest as their top priority. I've gone to my previous dentist my entire life before he retired, I was a little nervous to go somewhere new but that worry disappeared on visit number one. Kind, professional and clean. I would recommend Dr Hagan to anyone and everyone.

I've been a patient of Dr. Hagan's for 17 years! I have had a lot of dental work prior to finding Dr. Hagan. He is by far the best dentist! He fixed issues with my crowns I thought could never be right. Dr. Hagan and his staff are caring, compassionate and knowledgeable! Dr. Hagan is a specialist and personally a perfectionist. Highly recommend!!!

If you expect expert dentistry, compassionate care, and straightforward, honest communication and refuse to accept anything less than first-class, excellent service, DO NOT choose "Premier" Prosthodontics or Dr. Hagen - go elsewhere! There is absolutely nothing "premier" about Dr. Hagen, his skills, his care, his communication, his service, or his support staff, especially Cassie. Dr. Hagen and his staff are premier only in their own minds. In fact, the words "cheap" and "deficient" come to mind. If there was ever a perfect example of unethical, unscrupulous, knock-off dentistry and what NOT to do as a DDS to show dental students, Dr. Hagen and "Premier" Prosthodontics is definitely it. Save yourself the regret - my wife and I had several misgivings during the entire process and wish we both would've decided to terminate Dr. Hagen. Unfortunately, we didn't listen to ourselves and proceeded with service. Never again. Going forward, the first inkling we get that all is not what it appears or that the DDS or his staff are dishonorable, careless, or unprofessional, we will immediately terminate and take our time and money elsewhere. Google wouldn't allow me to provide 0 "stars" or else I would have done just that.

If you're looking for transparency and clear cut explanations regarding any and all procedures do not choose Premier Prosthodontics. When I had questions regarding my care the office staff insisted that they absolutely knew Dr Hagan had explained everything. He did not. After they did explain everything and I had time to think about it I decided to go ahead with the treatment plan and I expressed this to Kasi. However they decided to drop me as a patient. I wasted 3 months when I could have gotten better care elsewhere not to mention the money I paid for consultation fees to not only Dr Hagan but also the oral surgeon. Now I have to start the process all over. Definitely will never recommend Dr Hagan! To clarify my apology was as follows: 'I apologize Kasi if I was gruff with you and after discussing it with my husband I have decided to go with the treatment plan'. Kasi led me to believe everything was ok. Forty-five minutes later I receive an email from Kasi with an attached letter from Dr Hagan stating he was terminating me as a patient. VERY unprofessional!! Dr Hagen you and Kasi owe me an apology and you should have reimbursed me the $125 consultation fee I paid to the oral surgeon that you referred me to.

After having full upper and lower partial dentures done over the last several months I had my last visit today. Dr.Turnquist is awesome as is the rest of his staff. I enjoyed my visits due to everyone being so helpful,friendly,gentle and thorough. Always had fun interactions and conversation. I highly recommend Dr.Turnquist if you need any prosthodontic work done.

An extremely friendly and welcoming office! No one wants to have to visit a prothodontist but they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Turnquist explained all the options and I never felt any pressure to choose one over the other. Highly recommended!

An extremely friendly and welcoming office! No one wants to have to visit a prothodontist but they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Turnquist explained all the options and I never felt any pressure to choose one over the other. Highly recommended!
