Mary Jo has been with the Premier Periodontics Hygiene team since 2007 and practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years, graduating from Eastern Washington University. She loves all the new technology we have to offer and treat our patients with here at Premier. She has raised two wonderful children with her husband of 27 years. They love to travel, play golf and spend time with their family.
Tracy graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1986 with a bachelor's degree in dental hygiene. She joined the practice in 1988 where she found her passion in treating periodontal patients with a thorough yet gentle touch. She has been married for 32 years and enjoys spending time with her two grown children, family & friends.
Meghan has a degree in Dental Hygiene from Lake Washington Technical College, as well as an Environmental Science and Regional Planning degree from Washington State University. She has been with Premier Periodontics since 2007 and thoroughly enjoys working with the Perioscope and utilizing therapies provided by our office. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, volunteering, and skiing or snowboarding.
Lori received a B.S. degree from Loma Linda University, and has practiced Dental Hygiene for over 32 years, the last 17 years in periodontics. She began her dental career as a dental assistant during high school and college. Her first experience as a hygienist was working one year in a mission clinic in Yaound, Cameroun, West Africa. She enjoys travel, camping, skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, reading and spending time with family and friends. She volunteers with her church and its affiliated K-8 school. She is married with two busy college student children.
Originally from Idaho, Jackie attended Columbia Basin College in Pasco Washington and has been a registered dental hygienist since 2006. Jackie strives to ensure patients always feel 100% informed and comfortable during their visit. To her, there's nothing more gratifying than educating and helping patients overcome their dental fears. Jackie enjoys educating patients about all areas of their care and promoting systemic health through proper oral care. She loves improving the smiles of our patients and helping to keep their smiles healthy for a lifetime. Jackie enjoys spending quality time with her husband Ryan and 4 children. She also loves being her childrens biggest fan with sports, coaching basketball, the outdoors, camping, and going to Chelan.

What a great experience. Getting a gum graft for the first time is scary. Doctor Huynh-Ba's professional and personable demeanor made this experience one I don't regret. My gum healed beautifully and I couldn't be happier.

Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful. Dr. Huynh-ba was very patient and thorough when he was describing and explaining the procedure I will need to have. His staff was accommodating and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend!

The moment I arrived at the Kent Premier Periodontist office on a beautiful sunny day in the N.W ! I was greeted immediately by office personals radiant smiles which caused a chain reaction of events. My counseltation was extremely informative, when I left I felt my return visit would be just as rewarding.

Every step of every visit is attended to with exceptional professionalism by kind staff both administrative and medical! Communication is amazing. Nothing is overlooked. Patients feelings are respected and valued as an integral part of the process. This approach is built into the fibre of their practice and shared by every member of their team! When a rare unforseen challenge came up during my procedure, the doctor gave me a full explanation, in easy to understand terms and answered every question until I understood exactly how the procedure would be adjusted to ensure a successful outcome. Couldn't ask for better care!

I can't say enough positive things about these very professional and knowledgeable and kind people at Premiere Periodontics. Let's face it. If you are going to see a Periodontist it probably means something is wrong. I was referred to them by Rewards Dental in Burien and I wound up at the Kent location, which was most convenient location for me. I had an appointment with Dr. Ashour. My situation with my tooth implant is not great and he didn't beat around the bush, he told me bottom line what was going on. He was very clear and informative about my circumstances. Which did discourage me, I can't lie. Here's the most important part, though. I left not just with a sense of the reality about things but also with hope and an uplifted spirit that, together as a team, we will figure this out. It's gonna take basically a year to fix the whole thing but I already waited half a year to get this news, no time to delay and I feel empowered to take on this difficult challenge, partly thanks to Premiere.. Sandra at the front desk and Mackenzie were also amazing and incredibly helpful. I can't speak to prices but it seemed roughly what similar work cost me a few years ago at another dentist. They will take your insurance, as well.

This practice is awesome. Dr. Guy did a thorough exam and provided me with detailed plan for the treatment along with the cost. Now the other great part was Trisha the front office assistant. She was so knowledgible and helpful with providing support and most importantly great ideas on how to go thru the process with less stress. I want to thank them all.

I was referred to Premier Periodontics by my dentist. No one really wants to have oral surgery, but if it's got to be done you would only hope for the professionalism and excellence I experience today! The procedure was clearly explained and my comfort seem to be a primary concern. Two thumbs up.

For anyone in WA considering gum grafting, go see Dr Huynh-Ba!!!!! I'm 36 years old with a family history of recession and have known I needed it for years. I had looked towards it with dread and anxiety. I consulted with 3 different periodontists over the years and got a really good feeling from Dr Huynh-Ba. He did the lower left side of my mouth last summer and just did the lower right last month. I am SO incredibly happy with how both sides turned out!! My gums looks awesome and feel good. Recovery was not bad, as long as you keep up on the ice and ibuprofen. Dr Huynh-Ba's skill is evidenced in the drastic improvement and quality of my grafting. You will not regret having this procedure done by him!

Ask this clinic first if the Dentist doing your procedure(s) is "In-Network" of your insurance before scheduling an appointment with them, otherwise they will just say that they accept your insurance which is two different things and you will come up with a larger bill(s) later. Also, don't be surprised that this clinic will charge you an advance deposit. No question about Dr. Huynh-Ba, he's good.

For an experience that nobody wants (intense dental work), they certainly make it easier to endure. Jill has been great to work with, getting my appointments setup and making sure I understood everything that was going to happen. Shawn's work with my deep cleaning was gentle but thorough and the results are great. If you have to have your gums poked at for 2 hours at a time, she's the one to do it. Really, everybody in the office is great and I definitely recommend them.
