Dr. Morales is a midwestern transplant from Bristol, Tennessee. He attended the University of Notre Dame and received his Bachelors of Science degree. Dr. Morales continued his education at Marquette University, where he earned his D.D.S. degree with honors in 2010. While in dental school, Dr. Morales was recognized for distinguished achievement, receiving the American Student Dental Association Annual Senior Award, the AAP Dental Student Award for Achievement in Periodontology. He was also elected into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society. After earning his dental degree, he trained in Periodontics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, and received his certificate in Periodontics in 2013.
During his residency, the philosophy that has made Mayo Clinic such a world-renowned clinic became ingrained in his own day-to-day practice: 'The needs of the patient come first.' He lives and works by those words today, and continues to pursue new developments and further education in periodontics and implant dentistry to deliver the highest quality care to his patients.
Dr. Morales is an active member in the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, and the Midwest Society of Periodontology. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association and is co-director of the Milwaukee Study Club (Seattle Study Club affiliate) and Milwaukee Dental Hygiene Study Club. In 2014, Dr. Morales was recognized as a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, one of the highest recognitions of achievement afforded by the specialty.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Morales enjoys sports, including golf, tennis and racquetball. He is a huge Notre Dame Football fan and goes to as many games as he can. He also loves to travel, especially back to Tennessee to visit his family and two nephews.

Dr. Morales is very skilled, very caring. I never received a treatment that was not necessary at this place. I consulted other places before going to Premier Periodontics; in other places the plan was to go straight to implants and others was not so clear what the game plan was. Premier Periodontics took all the necessary steps to save my natural teeth. They laid out the working plan needed to restore the health of my gums and teeth and made sure I understood the procedures. I truly believe they went above and beyond to save my teeth. The staff is very friendly and professional. I recommend this place to anyone.

In my 85 years I have had many dental visits. Dr Morales is by far the best I have been to. A real Pro. Attention to detail , a great staff, and best of all so far, PAINLESS. A very skilled person.

February of 2019, I was diagnosed with severe periodontal disease. Coming under Dr. Morales's care and his staff has given me a new hope that I will be able to progress back to excellent dental health. Don't continue to see just your regular dentist if you have any periodontal concerns. I was not adequately informed and my dental health put me at high risk. You will not find anyone that is more qualified, more caring and more concerned to see that you have the very best care than Dr. Eddie Morales at Premier Periodontics. His staff worked together to make me feel encouraged and hopeful. It doesn't get any better than that.

I have had two recent procedures with Dr. Morales and both times went better than I had anticipated. Both were relatively pain free during the procedure and the outcomes were great. He has a wonderful, professional staff. After my second procedure, my car wouldn't start and a few of the staff offered their jumper cables. Abby, his assistant, actually got her car to help us saving us expense with roadside assistance. That was help way above and beyond what was expected! My gingival graft looks great. You wouldn't know I had anything done. Happy to have found this exceptional periodontist and staff.
