Dr. Kathryn (Katie) Egan, a Cleveland, TN native, graduated with a degree in Dentistry from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, in 2009. From there, she went on to complete a 1-year general practice residency at Denver Health Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Egan has always been drawn to serve others; this desire took her to the Arctic Circle in Barrow, Alaska working for Indian Health Services and treating Alaskan natives across Northern Alaska. After her Alaska adventure, she returned to her home state of Tennessee to once again work with the under served. She assisted in starting the Rutherford County office of the Interfaith Dental Clinic-a clinic created to serve low income, and uninsured working class of Middle Tennessee. Her heart has always been in Chattanooga and in June of 2013 she was offered a position to return home and work with the Chattanooga VA dental clinic. After five years of dedicated service to others, Dr. Egan has decided to enter private practice and take her talents to Hixson, TN, where she is very excited to become a valued addition to the community.
Dr. Egan is a member of the American Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Tennessee Dental Association, Chattanooga Area Dental Society, DOCS education program for dental oral sedation and Spear Study Club. She is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry; an honor that less than 6% of practicing dentists have achieved. In her spare time, Dr. Egan enjoys golfing, reading and spending time with her husband-Matt and dog-Sadie.
Brittney and her husband moved to Chattanooga from Shenandoa Valley, Virginia in 2012. Since then Brittney received her Dental Hygiene degree from Chattanooga State in May 2015 and has been working as a hygienist with the Premier Family Dental team since November 2015. Brittney strives to make each dental visit a positive experience for every patient. While not at work, Brittney enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog Zoey, camping, hiking and visiting with friends.
Amanda and her family moved to Hixson from Jasper, TN in 2015. After graduating from Chattanooga State in 2009, Amanda worked as a dental assistant in Jasper for 5 years. She joined the Premier Family Dental team in April of 2015. She has two children, Jayden and Madi. While she's not at the office, Amanda enjoys taking her kids to the park, swimming, and spending time with her family.

We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Super awesome staff, everything felt easy. Cleaning was super gentle but meticulously thorough. My hygienist took time to take off some stains I was self conscious about As someone who usually dreads the dentist, I can't wait for my next check up!

dr katie is the best!!!! her office environment is very cozy and her staff is very professional. everyone gets a little nervous going to the dentist, the walking into this office i felt right at home. the staff was efficient and friendly, and dr katie was very helpful in answering all my questions about my treatment plan. she made everything make sense. if anyone is on the fence about if this is the right place to go, IT IS.

Dr. Egan is the best!!! I would reccomend her to anyone. I have been to plenty of dentist and many treat you just like a number. They rush you just so they can get to the next patient. Not Dr. Egan. She takes the time to make you feel like you are the only person that matters to her. This place deserves 10 out of 5 stars.

I recently decided to find a new dentist closer to where I live and decided to try Dr. Katie Egan. I wish I had switched sooner! The staff is friendly. They all explain everything very well. I spent almost zero time waiting during any point of my visit. She seems to really care about her patients. The office is very nice and clean. I will definitely continue to see them in the future.

My dentist retired, so I was looking for a new one. Dr. Egan and her staff were so friendly and very professional. The office was immaculate and had all up to date technology. They were very up front about a treatment plan and pricing. I'm definitely going to like it here... I've got a new dentist!!
