Dr. Rajaee graduated high school in Germany. He studied Psychology at the Maastricht University in the Netherlands earning his Bachelor and Master of Science. Dr. Rajaee did his undergraduate studies in the U.S. at Michigan State University and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit MercySchool of Dentistry. In his spare time, he enjoys playing soccer, exercising, and spending time with his family and friends. Because of his background, he is fluent in 4 languages: Farsi, German, Dutch, and English.
Dr. Rajaee enjoys dentistry because he gets to act as a doctor and artist in one profession. Dentistry is very rewarding to him because he can make a difference in peoples lives by providing them the beautiful smile and self-image they deserve.
Dr. Rajaee sees himself as a life-long learner and he believes it is his duty to constantly improve his knowledge and skills so he can serve his patients with the highest standard of care. He has had training at the Kois Center which is an evidence-based teaching center with the latest advances in esthetics, implants, and restorative dentistry. In his next area of training, he plans on taking training in the field of laser and implant dentistry.
Dr. Khanafer graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S). Even though he enjoys all aspects of Dentistry, his interests focus on restorative dentistry, esthetic dentistry, implants, oral surgery, and research.
He strongly believes in continuing education and to stay current with the latest dental research, techniques, and developments in order to provide the best available care for his patients. The most important enjoyable aspect of Dentistry for him is to interact with his patients and build long-lasting relationships.

The front ladies were awesome. They were courteous, friendly, caring. The doctor went out of the way to make sure I was well informed and taken great lengths to verify and check out things thoroughly. Very professional in his field and knowledgeable.

If i could give this office 0 stars I would. i have never been more disrespected in my life. Dr Ramin is very unprofessional. I had the worst meeting with him. I will never step foot in this office again even! 0/5

I have had THE best experience with Dr. Khannafer and his staff after having some difficulties with my son who has Autism with another dental office. From day one, Riquel (Dr. Khannafer's office manager) made not only Lucian but myself comfortable with any and all procedures needed. We have made it work with school and the ease of appointment cancelations of a 48 hour notice made working around all schedules perfect. Any and all office staff, explained all work or payments processed as needed with an ease of mind without any worries. If anyone has any reservations please don't hesitate. If you're having a toothache don't wait, call Khannafer and setup your dental date!

Above and beyond can only be used as the most accurate description of the office. From Megan and Riquel at the front desk (as well as doubling as assistants) to their operations manager Beth and of course Dr. Ramin and his assistants Lauren and Dion, I was nothing less than extremely impressed by the professionalism, patience and overall acceptance into their practice. My insurance wouldn't have even come close to covering the amount of work I needed, and yet they wouldn't quit on me. After almost 2 months of collaboration, missed and returned calls (my fault) not to mention dealing with credit approvals and so on, I now have not only an amazing smile once again after almost 20 years, but the confidence that comes with it!!! No joke when I called and told them I had gotten approved I could hear at least 3 or 4 people in the background cheering! In closing without the support of the ENTIRE office, I wouldn't have the Premier Smile I have been missing out on for so long.... thank you EVERYONE at Premier Family Dental!!!

I really can't say enough about this dentist office the office staff megan Raquel amazing.lauren the assistant so helpful and sweet. the dentist just amazing explains everything and all is bout what you needs are and listens to you. I am so humbled and very thankful to all of you

I love this dentist for my daughter. They are very accommodating, and nice with her. The office is always very clean. And all of the employees are always so helpful. My daughter needed serious dental work, they let me know the issues, explained them, and she now has braces. And they still do a great job with cleaning her teeth and filling any cavities. I will highly recommend Crestwood Dental.

Very welcoming, comforting, and friendly staff. Helped my younger child feel at ease even though he was nervous. I had a filling done and I wasn't happy and they got me in to fix it right away.

I moved to the area a year ago and was looking for a new dentist and I came across Premier Family Dental. I stayed years without going to the dentist due to fear of past visits and issues that I experienced with other Dentists. When I went to my first visit at Premier Family Dental, I was welcomed in as if I was family from Dr. Khanafer and his staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, flexible and just beyond wonderful. I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office than here. Let me tell you on how I went from years not going to the dentist to every week I went and finished all the work I had to get done painless and fearless. I've never thought I would be saying that "I actually love going to the dentist Now". Thank you Dr Khanafer and his staff for everything you guys do. I highly recommend Premier Family Dental.

Best Dentist office visit ever!! Highly recommend! I have LOTS of anxiety about going to the dentist. After this visit, I have become an advocate. The whole staff was amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I believe the treatment plan is actionable and has my best interest in mind. Thanks a lot Premier Dental I will be back soon

So let me start by saying I am not a huge fan of going to any dentist,,,,,NOT anymore. This staff made me feel welcome, and was Professional. They even put up with my shenanigans'. I did the Zoom treatment and was shocked at the results. Again, the staff is totally awesome and to be honest, a very good looking crew !!!!. I am now a fan, and cant wait for my 6 month return visit, I might just have to chip a tooth or something to visit sooner (JUST KIDDING !!!). I would absolutely recommend and will to my friends and family.

So I had some fillings to get and it was a pain free experience for me...which is so important! The office is comfortable... Raquel even wore a silly green stovepipe hat on St Patrick's Day. Helpful staff. Natasha was very efficient as she assisted the dentist while he worked. Very pleasant experience!

Dr. Rajaee and the staff at the Premier Family Dental provided an outstanding, professional, and inclusive care. Furthermore, Dr.Rajaee demonstrated a great technique administrating the anesthetic shot. I didn't even feel a pinch. A smooth and patiently detail-oriented operation was my experience during a root canal. Greatly appreciated! Strongly recommended!

I received zoom whitening. They did an excellent job. No pain, only took an hour. My teeth have never been this white. Took years off my age. The drs and staff are very friendly and explained everything to me before and after procedure. They also gave me a kit to keep my teeth white , that i can use at home
