Puja was an excellent hygienist and made my first visit to Premier very comfortable. Dr. Mike was professional and efficient. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I am very glad I chose Premier Dental in Gilbert.

Love this office. The hygienists are always very nice and gentle. They don't push extra visits and procedures. My appointment is always on time. If I'm there early, they often get me started early.

Personally, I don't like going to the dentist as I've had some bad experiences in my youth with them. However this dentistry is outstanding. Charlotte, the dental hygienist, recently did a deep cleaning of my mouth. Her bedside manner leaves nothing lacking. She was EXTREMELY profession, considerate, and skilled as my gums barely hurt when the numbness wore off. She was also kind and I enjoyed talking with her. Christian, the dental assistant, was also extremely profession, courteous, and correct in her treatment of me and my dental problems, and so was the dentist. They are friendly at this dentistry, and they even offer payment options that make it more manageable. I'll definitely be coming back for check-ups regularly now!

Crooks! I went in for a 6 month cleaning and check up. None of my teeth bothered me. Turns out this must be the absolute best dentist ever, because he has to re-do everything any other dentist has ever done to my teeth because they did it wrong. $8,000... Keep in mind none of my teeth are even hurting, everything is fine. They wanted me to pay $8,000 to get all my dental work, which was fine, replaced. I think somebody wants a new boat. I made it very clear I just wanted what my insurance would cover for the check-up. They went ahead and took digital photos, and are now trying to bill me for the photos, and sending it to collections. After I had told them specifically to not do anything my insurance didn't cover.

Dr. Birch and his team were great! I had a really good overall experience at Premier Family Dental Care. They were courteous, caring, and thorough. Chloe and Mackenzie do a wonderful job at the front desk, Christian was patient and made me feel comfortable with the x-ray process, and Stacey is an excellent dental hygienist. From the time I called to make an initial appointment for check-up/x-rays to the second appointment for cleaning, they were all top-notch. I would highly recommend Dr. Birch for those considering a dentist in the East Valley. He is knowledgeable, professional and listens to you!

My first visit to Premiere Family dental was outstanding. Felt welcome and appreciated as soon as I walked in the door. Dr. Birch could not have been better in covering all of my questions and providing a complete care plan I could understand. Final step with billing, so sorry I forgot the ladies name but she was way more than helpful and is going to do more research with my insurance to ensure that I am receiving all of the benefits they provide.

I had my crowns fitted yesterday and needed to finish the rest of the dental work, so the assistant says would you like to come back today and finish? I said sure, how long will it take? She said an hour so I agreed. I came back later that afternoon and it was like a express oil change, they had five cavity's fixed and all the metal had been removed! I couldn't be happier with there performance!

I love Premier Dental. People in the front desk, the hygenists to the dentists, they are all wonderful. Because of them, I'm not as scared to go to the dentist. I used to dread going to my appointments but not anymore. Thank you Premier Dental.

Phenomenal team! Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. The dentist talked through everything and provided great care along with the rest of the staff. Of all the cleanings I've had, this was the fastest and least painful. Loved my goodie bag at the end. Moving soon, this office will be an hour away but I still plan to stay with this office.
