I cannot rave enough about Dr. Creasy and his staff. He, by far, is the best dentist/oral surgeon I have ever encountered. If all dentists and doctors provided the time, care, communication, and dedication he delivers to his patients, we'd have a happier, healthier, and safer world. He ensures that his patients understand what is happening with their dental health, and he clearly communicates his passion for his job and his concern for their well being and the salvation of their teeth. He isn't simply "performing his daily duties." He is literally providing care, instruction, and compassionate concern. I'm grateful I was recommended to him by my general dentist, and I can only wish there were many more like him out there in the dental/medical field. His fellow professionals could learn many things from him. Thank you, Dr. Creasy and staff. Keep up the great work! You are amazing!

I had an oral exam 3 months ago. I only had some problems with my two teeth at lower right corner. But I was asked to take the whole jaw image. The cost is $300 and they told me that is not covered by the insurance. I paid for it and the doctor only spent 5 minutes with me for a very simple exam. She didn't look at the image. She said she will call me on Monday to discuss. Later on I saw that they filed the claim to my insurance on that $300 and the insurance paid them 50%. I called them but they said on their report the insurance didn't pay them. I asked them to send me their record so I will call my insurance. Then they ask me to hold and 5 min later they said I was right and they are going to refund me, in 2 days. Then 2 weeks passed and I have not get the refund. I called today they said they are going to refund by the end of this week. I am not sure. Don't recommend here! If you have to go, make sure you check your insurance claims to make sure you are not charged with extra money.

Most relaxed root canal job I have ever had on a tooth. From the time you enter office you feel welcomed,Thankyou to the hockey mom who had me laughing in chair and to Dr. Patk for getting my tooth ready for my crown.

Premier Endodontics in Waltham is fantastic. I saw Dr. Kathleen Molgaard yesterday and she is super skilled, super kind and made the experience so amazingly comfortable for me. Not enough stars to compliment her fully! Her assistant/hygienist, Maria was great, also! Staff is so friendly and the office is meticulous. Very impressive!!

Highly recommend this practice. Dr. Molgaard and Dr. Jones went the extra mile to diagnose and treat some bizarre and debilitating nerve pain I was having. They're technically skilled and yet they also have fantastic chairside manner. They take the time to explain as well as to listen. Definitely worth the drive from Boston.

Dr. Jones was fantastic. I've had several root canals over the years and she was able to do it totally pain free!!! What an excellent doctor she is! Wonderful person, terrific experience.

Being treated by Dr. Jones has been an excellent choice for me. She made what would have otherwise been an anxiety filled experience not be so. I needed follow care and she was responsive to my needs. She went so far as to contact me on a Sunday after I texted her about my concerns. All my issues were prompt resolved the following Monday morning. I highly recommend Dr Jones.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine I would laugh during a root canal. The atmosphere is friendly, and the staff and doctors welcoming and professional. I left there smiling - not easy with a bunch of novocaine still at work.

Dr. Jones is wonderful. I especially like that she alerted me to every sound I would hear and told me in advance everything to expect. Everything was just as she said it would be. So in the end...I was a nervous patient for no reason at all!

I'm so grateful to Dr. Bella and Dr. Jones for making my treatment painless and fast. Assistants and staff are amazingly kind and accomodating. The dental office is so pleasant (Great music).... Dr. Bella has a good sense of humor. Thank you very much for your service!!!

I never had root canal before, and Dr Bella made it easy and fun!!! She is kind, very professional and amazing human being. I was so lucky, because Dr. Jones participated in my RC treatment and she is amazing too!!!

I had an urgency issue happened on the way to my appointment and I called to explain and requested to reschedule my appointment. I was charged $55. The admin has really a bad attitude!

If I could give more stars, I would. There are people who have fear of the dentists, and then those who are big babies.... I can't think of anything worse than those, but if it exists, I'm worse. I have a huge fear of dentists, endodontists.... but I was in pain. I had sought numerous consultations in and around Boston. Accidentally found Premier Endodontics. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Molgaard and her team were so friendly, welcoming, calming, and patient with my "patient from hell attitude". I was nervous, scared, and all of the above. Dr. Molgaard and her team took time to make sure I was comfortable, felt safe, and painless. After a consultation, and a root canal in two parts, I feel so much better! I hope you don't need any dental work beyond a cleaning, but IF you do - I strongly recommend Premier Endodontics for their supportive, caring, and professional services. I had a very infected tooth, and aa lot of pain that concerned me enough to put me in the ER... Dr. Molgaard and her team were incredible. Thank you Dr. Molgaard and team!

Premier Endodontics and Dr. Molgaard were phenomenal. I was referred with high recommendations from my primary dentist and his positive expectations were true. They got me in short notice for an infected tooth and Dr Molgaard performed the root canal with precision, pain free (less than any filling) and very sociable and good bedside manner. The music was good too! High caliber, friendly, best of their trade, highly recommended!

Dr. Jones made my first root canal experience easy and totally pain free! I was extremely nervous and Dr. Jones put me at ease immediately. She is so sweet and kind, and she explained everything so well and made sure i was comfortable every step of the way during the procedure. I can't recommend Premier Endodontics and Dr. Jones enough! I wish I could give 10 stars!
