This review is specific to Dr Bruna Burgener. Went in with referral and had high expectations due to other reviews and referring office. The office was disorganized but it was my experience with Dr B that put the nail on the coffin. She was rude, not informative and rough. I also overheard her making derogatory comments with another staff member about another patient and it was disturbing. I had my work completed here but would not recommend anyone else come here with so many other endodontists in town.

If you have to have a root canal this is the place to be at. Dr. O'Hara is truly amazing, my root canal felt more like I was getting ahair cut

Dr. Bruna Burgener is amazing! She was able to fix a botched root canal done by another dentist, as well as another tooth with a difficult S curved root for me. She was very thorough, friendly and explained everything she was doing! Her staff was also very cordial and consistently checked on me to ensure I was doing alright during treatment. I can't recommend this practice enough!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice and everyone that works there. It's no fun having to head to an office when you are having awful tooth pain but they put you at ease right away! Dr. O'Hara was amazing (again) and was very thorough. He spoke directly to me and explained everything perfectly! I was also so impressed that they got me in the same day I called when I explained my pain level. If you need a root canal, go here! The doctors are the best!

Dr. Burgener was excellent! Her bedside manner was exceptional and she went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were answered. I am extremely grateful for her willingness to take me in at the end of her day for my root canal as the pain was excruciating.

Dr. Bruna Burgener is amazing! She was able to fix a botched root canal done by another dentist, as well as another tooth with a difficult S curved root for me. Thank you for the root canal procedure Dr. Burgener and her associates performed on me Thursday. I am extremely grateful that you booked me immediately when my dentist called while I was in the chair getting work done and it was discovered I needed an immediate root canal. Your practice accepted me right away and I was able to go from my dentist chair to your chair right away. To add to this the office and staff were so nice. The root canal was relatively painless, I was very comfortable and best of all I am now pain free! All this done in this difficult social distancing environment. God bless Dr. Burgener and amazing staff!! Thank you! Frank

I had to go in for a dreaded root canal. Let me preference this by saying I absolutely hate dentists. I also have a phobia about needles. I had a really bad experience getting a shot of Novocain in the past. I had an awesome experience at Premier Endodontic in Hinsdale. The front staff desk were awesome ( even though I was short with them when making the appointment secondary to my frustration with insurance). Dr O'Hare was awesome ! He was very friendly and explained the evaluation of my tooth very well and what I should expect. I did not even feel when he gave me Novocain and no pain after the Novocain wore off. I can't praise this clinic enough. I highly recommend!

My husband had several tough root canal treatments in his life. His experience was terrible every time when he was doing endo. Pain during procedure, long recovery time and fear of root canal treatments. But everything is in a past. His primary dentist recommends us Premier Endodontic Associates . We scheduled an appointment with Dr. Patrick A. O'Hara and it was the first time I saw my husband smiling after dental appointment. He keeps telling me how painless everything was, he felt absolutely nothing during this procedure and almost fall asleep in the chair. I would love to say - THANK YOU! For your outstanding care, for great experience and for excellent team ! I highly recommend this office and Dr. Ohara !
