Dr Kim, Manny, Sue and Diane are all AMAZING peeps. These people will take care of you with the utmost skill, respect, care and concern. In the medical/dental world isn't that what is most important?

Response to Tom Delancy It is unfortunate we have never met.. But I think you must have been in the wrong office . We have checked our records in an effort to correct any miss understanding there may be with the management of this Dental Practice and find no record of your presence in this office.. no paper work nor archived appointments missed of any kind.. Please be assured we take our Practice very seriously and try to treat out patients with the upmost respect..

I would give 1/2 a star if it was possible. The front desk ladies are very rude when you walk in. I think they cared more about finishing their conversation then they did about customer service. I have never in my life seen a company ran on the poorest of ethics for a business. I will NEVER go here again. I decided to try this place out since it was closer than my usual dentist who is in Moore, but after this I think I will just continue to go see my usual dentist. At least there they treat you with respect and treat you like family. I am so baffled by my treatment today.
