I had a standard extraction performed and experienced an unexpected side effect called "dry socket" a few days after which caused me significant discomfort. I phoned Premier from work and they brought me in within 2 hours. Dr. Presley diagnosed my problem immediately and took procedural steps that alleviated my soreness within a couple of hours. By dinner time it was as if nothing was wrong. I can't express my gratitude enough to him, his technician and his cordial staff. It's comforting to know I can place myself in the care of such a professional Doctor and his team. My wife and I have been going to Premiere for over 15 years and we wouldn't have it any other way. Undoubtedly the best in town!! Thank you!!!

My son went here last year - no issues with the dentist, but it took 2 hours for a cleaning and check up. Office made an appointment for this year that I did not request - I remember vividly because it felt like a sales call in person! Very pushy - I declined, but they made one anyway. And now they keep sending reminders - Called 3 times to cancel. This last time I called, the office told me I must have made the appointment. I stated I was adamant that I did not want one. She said it was finally cancelled. When I asked for her name, she hung up on me! What professional office does that?

I love Premier Dentistry. Dr. Pressley and the staff are great! They provide quality professional services. This office is genuinely caring. I love that both, my son and I are seen by the same dentist. Yes, there are dentist offices everywhere, but none that match the service standard of Premier Dentistry!

Had a not so ok experience with the receptionist, and the manager Andrea called me back and completely made everything better! She was incredibly kind and understanding. If you need anything i would definitely stick with her

So gentle, so thorough and so patient. I had such a fear of the dentist my entire life. I no longer dread getting my teeth cleaned and if some other procedure is needed I know they will get me through it as pain free and stress free as possible.

Premier Dentistry is a very professional and to the point dentist office. I checked in and was called back almost immediately. Not to mention I was nervous. They treated me like I had been there all my life. That was very comforting, and helped calm my nerves. Once they discussed what I wanted done. Also what they recommend going forward. They got straight to work. Dr. Pressly and his assistant gave me good medical advise concerning my dental health. Which made me feel and know I was in good hands. Thank you guys! I look forward to coming back.

Actually Laura is my wife and thats my step daughter. I'm so glad she will not be coming back to this office. Thank you for leaving this info it will let everyone know how unprofessional your office is. I hope this help someone and they find another office.

Waited in the car for an hour just to be taken to a room to wait another 40+ minutes. My appointment was for 4pm and it's now 5:40 and still waiting. This office doesn't value customers or individual's time. Time for a,new dentist.

Front desk receptionist is so rude. Bad experience with last visit when they pulled my daughters tooth without numbing the area. Now shes super nervous about going to the dentist. Would not recommend at all for children.

I just called to schedule my son an appointment for the first time and the lady who answered the phone was very matter of fact and could care less if I was able to get an appointment. Instead of telling me the best options to get an appointment this month, she kept saying "After school time slots fill up quick." I told her I would still like to know their first availability for the 3:30 PM time slot and she said the mid/end of November. I told her I would need to call back and she said "Yup!" and hung up the phone. When first-time patience call, there should be a desire to serve them with utmost respect and an ability to get them an appointment in a reasonable timeframe. I will not be calling back do to her lack of care for a new patient.

They are good with my kids appointment can run a little long
