Dr. Kiernan grew up in New Jersey, where she discovered her love of dentistry through her first job as a dental assistant, and later a career in dental hygiene. Always eager to enhance her knowledge of dentistry, Dr. Kiernan decided to return to school, graduated summa cum laude from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, and then from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine 2017.
Dr. Kiernan went on to complete a one-year General Practice Residency at the Lyons NJ VA Hospital where she advanced her training in many facets of general dentistry. Dr. Kiernan found it especially rewarding to work with our nations veterans.
She has since developed a special interest in cosmetic dentistry along with investing in hands-on continuing education and training around the country. She believes it is important to continue to learn and stay current with the latest techniques and technology. These include: Dr. Gordon Christensen, NJ Health Professional Development Institute, Spear Education, Advanced Dental Cosmetic Center for hands-on laser training, and is in the process of completing the Clinical Mastery Series.

The entire crew from entering to exiting made my visit/cleaning very comfortable. The extra touches to heighten the experience are ones that I have not encountered in other offices (ie. TV monitors streaming scenes to help you to relax, ocean scenes in the fluorescent light, once reclined, conversation to keep your mind occupied and a thorough review of my previous visit to insure there are no other concerns). I am extremely happy I found and switched to Premier Dentistry. Thank you for your professionalism!

Absolutely a wonderful experience. Great dentistry. Painless dentistry. Most important, she is an excellent dentist. In addition, from the minute you walk in the door until you leave every effort is made to make you feel comfortable. The office is beautiful and each member of the staff is knowledgeable and very kind. This was truly a 10 star experience

From the moment you enter the facility the staff is very friendly and professional. While being check they ask you about how comfortable are you with the procedure. They are aware that you are a human and not just a mouth that needs service. I will Reccomend this office and their staff.

Best experience I've ever had a dentist. Every single employee there was super friendly and welcoming. I felt so comfortable from the moment I walked into the office, in the chair, and all the way through my exit. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer group of people! They are friendly, professional and very welcoming. Dr. Kiernan is an excellent dentist who I totally trust. They take you in on time for your appointments and keep a very clean environment. 100% recommend!!

I was a patient of Dr. Guinard who retired. I was a little apprehensive about seeing a new dentist. However my worries were quelled when I walked in. Holly at the front desk remembered me. I thought I would need to make an appointment. But i was taken right in and my issues were immediately addressed. Wonderful experience! I was in and out under an hour. Good staff.
