Daniel M. Casel, DMD,earned his dental degree from the Temple University School of Dentistry, after earning his bachelors degree from Drew University. He has engaged in extensive postgraduate education to become skilled in all aspects of general and restorative dentistry. Dr. Casel keeps up with the latest technology in order to perform procedures such as porcelain inlays and onlays, full zirconia crowns, implant restorations, and porcelain veneers. He places a strong emphasis on the importance of periodontal care to maintain the teeth as well as the overall health of every patient.
Dr. Casels professional memberships include the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Palm Beach County Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
Dr. Casel and his wife Karyn have four children ranging in age from nine to 24. In his spare time, he enjoys boating, fishing, working out, gardening, and playing baseball with his son while his dogs Brody and Bauer chase the ball.
Dr. Sravanthi (Shevy) Kadiyala received her dental degree from the Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Deans award for highest academic achievement. Dr. Kadiyala is fluent in six languages (including Spanish) and has spent hundreds of hours in continuing education courses to remain up-to-date on the latest and most advanced techniques in the field of dentistry.
Quality and relationships are two pillars of Dr. Kadiyalas practice philosophy. She brings a caring and empathetic approach to her patients and believes that communication is essential to any doctor/patient relationship. Her philosophy of care is based on taking the time necessary to inform, educate, and provide patients with the treatment options available so they can make the best decisions about their dental care. She believes in providing comprehensive dentistry with a special emphasis on patient comfort.
Dr. Kadiyala is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She also serves as a visiting faculty at the Nova Southeastern Universitys School of Dental Medicine. In her spare time, Dr. Kadiyala loves to travel and enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two children.
Dr. Hans Almanzar is a Fort Lauderdale native. He is a graduate from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henrquez Urea in the Dominican Republic. He spent an additional two years furthering his education at New York Langone Hospitals in and Cape Cod Massachusetts and completed a 2 year Advanced Education in General Dentistry program with a focus in Oral Surgery. Dr. Almanzar provides a wide range of dental services, his extensive training and experience in oral surgery, implant training and Invisalign certification has allowed Dr. Almanzar to provide the best possible comprehensive Service to his patients. He is committed to providing patients with the highest level of comprehensive dental care. Dr. Almanzar enjoys continued education and has over 400 hours of continued education in implant sinus lifts and cosmetic dentistry and restorative dentistry. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental Association . When Dr. Almanzar is not working or spending time with his family he is diligently focused on furthering his education to ensure he offers the most advanced dental care to his patients.
Dr. Julio Pinzon has been practicing dentistry now for the past 20 years. Dr. Pinzon originally from Colombia born and raised graduated from Pontificia Univeridad Javeriana in 1997 with is 1st Dental Degree which was then followed by a 2nd degree from Nova Southeastern University.
He focuses on restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry. Dr. Pinzons hobbies include car racing, flying, and painting which with his dentistry hands gives him skills like no other. he also plays the piano
Dr. Sally Hamarnah is an energetic, direct and positive general dentist at our office, constantly providing the best dental care she can offer. She is a graduate of Florida Institute for Advanced Dental Education, and comes to us from profound national and international experience. Before her years of practice as a general dentist in Florida, she had also worked for years in Egypt after she completed dental school at Moder Science and Arts University. She is trained in dental implants and root canals hand in hand with cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Hamarnah spends her time continuously working to improve herself in all aspects; through educating herself with the most current innovations in the cosmetic and dental field; physical fitness and functional training; and by dedicating her time to her beloved family.

Terrible experience with Casel. He gave me, my wife and my daughter estimates of work we all needed done that were ridiculous. We have had 16 years of top shelf dentist in San Diego. We didn't need any work done. He is out for money. Steer clear of this office. He is FoS.

I have been going to this office for YEARS and I noticed upon my more recent visits that I started having more procedures "needing" to be done like fillings and sealants. every single time. Which seems pretty extreme since I am only 20 and for gosh sake I brush my teeth people. My most recent visit I was seen not by Dr Casel but a woman. Not sure who she was as I feel every time I go here I am seen by a different person. As she cleaned and examined my teeth she proceeded to tell me I have 3 cavities and need 5 fillings replaced...after insurance was processed the total came to over one thousand dollars. Luckily they didn't have time to do any of the procedures that day so I went home and showed my parents who suggested I get a second opinion before going through with the procedures. Long story short, I made an appointment with another dentist recommended to me and upon examining the pictures and X-rays premiere dentistry took along with conducting a full exam and set of X-rays on his own, he concluded my teeth are perfectly healthy and there is absolutely no signs of decay or fillings chipping in my mouth. I was astonished by this discovery and grateful I didn't blindly go through with these unnecessary procedures like I have been doing for years in the past. Really disappointing to find out an office I once trusted may not be delivering the same amount of honesty and professionalism I had credited them with.

I had to have all but two crowns redone that Premier dentistry did they were all wrong. Before they put the crowns on they filed my own teeth down so small that the crowns would not stay on. Thousands of dollars later. Stay away!!!

The worst dentist place ever ! Over charge me the first time I was there this time they told me I couldn't get a dental cleaning actually refused to do a cleaning! Never called to tell ! waited until I got to the office to let me know if I didn't do a certain procedure that was 600$ they weren't going to just give me a regular teeth cleaning ! I have never experienced this with a dentist office before . Beware

I had a dental emergency and the girls in the front office worked with me over the phone to figure out what would be covered on my insurance. Jenny was fantastic! When I went in, I filled out my paperwork (which they didn't mention over the phone could be filled in on-line. Most places have a portal to use). The lady and her assistant that saw me were great, they took x-rays, let me know what had to be done and allowed me the time I needed to think about it and make sure I had the funds to cover it. The work was done quickly and the staff was very kind and patient and they got me back to work in no time! My recovery went well and as long as they are in my dental network, I'll be going back to them for future work and cleanings.

Nothing more to say than they are fantastic to deal with and care of the patient is paramount. At 56 years I had a molar that lost a filling and got infected. We went over three options. My choice was extraction, after the doctor prescribed medication to get rid of the infection. Two weeks later the tooth was removed. Painless and quick. At all levels the staff went out of their ways to accommodate. I have nothing but the highest of accolades for them. I'll tell you if you need a dentist you are doing a disservice to yourself if you don't give them a call.

Excellent dentist practice. I have great hygienist Grace. I have needed a lot of work to get done. They always inform me how much it will cost, my plan how to best use my insurance. All stuff is very nice and respectful. I have seen 2 doctors in this practice and I am pleased.
