During your first visit to our office, well take the time to get to know you and understand your treatment goals. Well also carefully review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We employ the latest diagnostic imaging technology to determine if you require dental treatment and if so, we will begin to outline the necessary steps for restoring your oral health.
Were proud to provide affordable dental care to the Park Slope community. We participate with all PPO insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, United Concordia, Delta Dental, GHI, Guardian, Premier, Reliance, and United Health. We also participate with Medicaid through Fidelis Care and accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, checks, and cash.

I had a huge toothache on a Sunday and thank goodness he was open. I ended up needing a root canal. He was extremely gentle and knowledgeable, giving me multiple options to fix my condition. Such a amazing dentist!

I would highly recommend Premier Dentistry. The staff is friendly and helpful. I was one of those people who didn't go to the dentist for a long time and had a lot of problems. Dr. A has been patient and so helpful getting all the work done that needs to be and getting all the problems fixed. Him and his staff do everything with care and ease.

I had the pleasure of being Dr Ifram's patient recently. Do yourself a favor and make him your new dentist! He is very thorough and informative. He looks at every little details and discuss realistic ways to improve your oral health. Most importantly, he was very gentle and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I highly recommend this office !

Dr. A told me I needed a root canal, but there's a small chance you might be able to save it with a regular filling. When we got in there he was able to save it as a regular filling. The work was painless and quick and it is definitely the best filling I've ever had. My bite feels completely 100% natural and zero pain today after.

This is my second visit to this office, but I have seen Dr. Ifraim at other locations. Every experience I've had has been positive. I was a bit apprehensive about scheduling an appointment during this pandemic, but upon my arrival I felt very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and reassuring and the office was very clean. I was running late and they were kind enough to see me and address all of my needs. Dr. Ifraim went out of his way to handle my cleaning with care and addressed the nerve pain I was experiencing. Simona was very reassuring and continued to be kind and light-hearted throughout the entire appointment. I also had a great experience with Linda who addressed me at the end at the front desk. Overall my experience was great, I highly recommend anyone who is considering their office. Their welcoming spirit, accommodating manner, and exemplary service, especially during these uncertain times, was a breath of fresh air. I will definitely be back without hesitation.

I visited Dr. Agababayev' office after realizing I lost a filling and staff at my Dentists office nearby could not see me until February. I could not wait that long with a lost filling. I was able to get an appointment immediately with this office. I was greeted by an inviting clean office and friendly professional front desk staff. Doctor explained everything to me and expressed care in treatment. The filling was completed in a short amount of time to my satisfaction with minimal pain. I will definitely return to this office and believe I have found a new dentist. Highly recommend.

I'm not sure how I haven't written a review for Dr. Agababayev yet, but he is quite literally my savior. I have a very hard time at dental visits and he could not be more empathetic and comforting. He 'gets me' and knows how to make me feel calm and safe. He also takes the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer any questions I may have. The office is modern and clean and the front desk staff and technician are beyond wonderful as well. Plus, Dr. Agababayev is thorough and a total perfectionist when it comes to the aesthetics of what he does, which is great. 5 stars simply doesn't cut it!

This dentist office will make people rethink the phrase, "I'd rather have a root canal!" I had to have a root canal performed yesterday, and I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep in the chair... having a root canal! That alone should be a testament to Dr. Agababayev's bedside manner. Absolutely stellar dentist, and everyone in the office is incredible. Highly, highly recommend! Can't say enough positive things.

I just came back from my first visit to Dr Agababayev's office. The service was exemplary, the front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful, the hygienist did an excellent job, and Dr Agababayev was clear, thorough and straightforward.
