"An Exemplary Experience!" My experience at Premier Dental Care was unparalleled! In a time where people pay less and less to customer service, I experienced customized personal service and the most memorable of any health care ever. From the warm welcome, the viewing of the facility, the cleanliness, repeatedly checking to see if I was comfortable or needed anything was uncharted. The professionalism and time spent from the Hygienist and the Dentist demonstrated an exceptional level of interest in their patients. Premier Dental Care is Highly recommend....you will Not be disappointed!

The dental staff is great, friendly and accommodating. They will go the extra mile to make sure your comfortable and they have done great work so far. Unfortunately the care coordinator Nancy is not as friendly or accommodating, and always seems to go out of her way to make a snide comment. I attempted to overlook this aspect of my visits a few times, only this seems to be her normal. Whether questioning about my BCBS dental coverage or trying to clear up a miscommunication about appointments Nancy is answers with short and curt answers. Then there is the side eye and distain in her face when speaking with me. I still always respond with respect and courtesy but I've grown tired of it. When you have a great experience with the clinicians, and then end up in front of her desk only to be reprimanded for billing questions and scheduling inquiries, I always leave feeling chastised.

Service was great. Staff were pleasant to interact and seemed genuine and joyful too provide top notch care. I respect that. The only thing I can say that dissatisfied me was the amount of time beyond my scheduled appointment that I had to wait to be seen. I was in the waiting area 30 minute beyond my scheduled appointment.

The staff is always so friendly and professional. My hygienist is the best! It makes going to the dentist a pleasure. I can't say enough good things about Premier Dental. I'm extremely satisfied.
