  • A comprehensive mouth-body approach (link) that includes oral cancer screenings and thorough annual exams to detect signs of gum disease that might be indicative of other health issues including diabetes, cancer, heart disease, and premature and low birth-weight babies.
  • With specialists on staff and multiple offices, our comprehensive approach to dental care enables you to stay within the Premier Dental Partners family as opposed to being referred outside. Our electronic health records eliminate the need to re-register.

Our origins date back to the 1950s, when the Jewish Hospital of St. Louis now part of Barnes-Jewish Hospital and BJC HealthCare founded its General Practice Residency in Dentistry. Many of our skilled dentists trained in this prestigious residency program, gaining expertise with complex dental issues, special needs patients and dental emergencies for the entire Washington University medical complex. By the late 1980s, the hospital opened its first outpatient dental practice: The Jewish Hospital Dental Group. The groups dentists helped develop standards that raised the bar for clinical excellence in dentistry. They conducted clinical research in partnership with Washington University, and joined clinical trials with major toothpaste manufacturers. In the 1990s, the dental group opened additional offices to meet the needs of the hospital systems growing employee population and surrounding communities. In 1994, the dental group, with four offices, incorporated as Premier Dental Partners. Today, with 12 convenient locations and dentists in St. Louis city, St. Louis County and St. Charles County, we have continued to expand to meet the growing demand for comprehensive, high-quality dental services carrying on our founders commitment to excellence and personalized care.

Dr Brown is a caring, consistent dentist who has always gone the extra step to make sure I'm comfortable and my teeth are well taken care of. He's personable and makes the dental care experience actually pleasant! The hygienists have always been top notch as well, and staff is helpful and always greets me with a smile. I adore this place!

I would like to thank Katy and Dr. Bree. My teeth have never been this white and clean. Katy took her time getting rid of all stains and tartar on my teeth. Dr. Bree took his time listening to all my concerns. I highly recommend Premier Dental Olive Blvd.

My husband and I have been coming here for years, and we have always had a good experience. Recently I started to bring my mother here as well, and I was really impressed. She is aging and has dementia. She is very slow. The dental hygienist and Dr. Brown not only had an immense amount of patience with her, but they also did a very professional dental exam and cleaning. She was very well taken care of in every aspect.

At my wits end in dealing with this office. In 2019 had two crowns put on. In a few months, one broke off at the gum line. Only options offered were implant or new partial. I selected the new partial. One tooth, kept coming detached. It has been sent back to the lab at least five times to have a post inserted in the tooth itself. Every time it came loose, the post had never been added by the lab. The last time was 6/29, I was told they had changed labs. Couldn't get it back until 7/7. Got it back on date promised. Mentioned a problem with a tooth and determined an extraction was needed scheduled for 7/18 at 8am. I was to have the extraction and get the partial back 7/19 with a tooth added to replace the one extracted. Got to the office on 7/18 only to find that Dr. Brown had an family emergency and had to reschedule for 7/26 to get partial back on 7/27. Partial could not be ready due to some equipment issue and went in 8/2 for more scans. That was canceled to 8/8. Got a call this morning that now it is 8/11 at 2pm. Needless to say I have been without my partial since July 18th. I have CIgna for preventive care and have been paying out of pocket for filings, crowns, and partial and getting 20% Dental Advantage discount. I received a claim form from Cigna showing what they allowed their dentists to charge for extraction which appears they charge more. And with Dental Advantage Discount is applied to the Cigna Charge versus their charge and they supposedly charge the patient the lessor charge. The claim form I received did not reflect it so it's making me question charges. The largest amount I've paid were the crowns (one of which broke off), the extraction of the root, the making of the new partial. I'm beginning to feel uncomfortable about their charges. I'm considering dropping Dental Advantage and going with full Cigna Coverage. I am a retiree from AT&T and have reviewed full coverage for Cigna. I have investigated other Dental Offices and am considering changing. 8/11/2022 - Went in for appointment today supposedly to get my partial with the new tooth on it. Got there and find out the lab put the tooth in the wrong place. Per Dr. Brown, they just got it from the lab today and found this out. So they are "supposedly" jumping through hoops to fix the problem and made another appointment with the other Dentist Dr. Bree for 2pm tomorrow. Just another screw up by the lab which supposedly was the new lab. Don't understand how this could happen since they have new fancy equipment which scans your teeth taking the place of doing impressions. So today, I had to get an impression. So much for the new fancy scanning equipment. Dr. Brown said the lab guy offered me $25 gift card for my favorite restaurant. I said I wasn't interested. 8/11/2022 445pm. Still upset about the days incident, I called the office and talked with Savannah, the receptionist and asked her to advise the dentists that I expect my partial to fit exactly as it did before they screwed it up. Obviously if they put a tooth in the wrong place, they would have had to have done something with my partial to allow a space for it when there was already a space for it from the extracted tooth. Not looking forward to tomorrow. Expect there will be some discussion over charges and it won't be a $25 gift card to a restaurant. Dr. Brown is off tomorrow and will be seeing Dr. Bree whom I've never met.
