My dental hygienist was amazing! She took her time explaining everything, but also went on to say that she will try to come up with things for my next cleaning that will help reduce my sensitivity. My dentist is the exact same way. He told me things about my teeth that I never ever knew which is very important in maintaining their health in the future.

Patient service is horrible. I had a billing issue for treatment on 1/24/2022 that Juliette at the front desk could not resolve. In March, she asked that I contact my insurer to get information on how to resolve the issue. I did contact them and got the information Juliette said she needed to resolve the issue and get the claim paid. Didn't hear anything else about it until April 14th, when Juliette called me and asked me again to contact my insurer to get information to resolve the issue. I contacted my insurer again, who told me that getting a termination letter from a second insurer would resolve the issue, but that the provider, Premier Dental, needed to submit the letter. I could not submit the letter. I contacted the second insurer and held for 10 minutes, then the call disconnected. I tried again. Same result. I left a voicemail for Juliette around 4/19 letting her know that I was trying to get the information, but was having trouble. I finally reached the second insurer on 4/20 and they said they would send me the letter. I got the letter late Friday afternoon, after Premier Dental closed. I emailed the letter to Juilette on Saturday, 4/23. On Monday, 4/25, I called Premier Dental because I received an invoice for the amount of the claim. I left them a message and Juliette called me back to let me know that she had closed the claim and that I needed to contact the insurer to get paid. Unbelievable. She did not tell me that she was closing the claim. This was aggravating. I ended the call, but realized that I needed to see if Premier Dental would help me. I sent a message to Dr. Matthews, the dentist who provided the care explaining the situation. He did not call me, but had Juliette call. Great. I asked Juliette if she would reopen the claim and she said she would not. I asked her why she didn't let me know that she was closing the claim. She said she did let me know. Absolutely not true. Then she said that I signed an agreement when I got the treatment that stated claims would be closed after 90 days. This, according to Juliette, is her "telling me she closed the claim." If you can't do your job, and you ask a patient to help you, more than once, and the patient helps you, can't you give the patient the courtesy of letting them know you're closing the claim, even though the patient has given you the courtesy of helping you AND updating you on what they're doing? Not if you're Juliette and Premier Dental. You just want to be done with the claim and who cares if the patient is inconvenienced? When I contacted Dr. Matthews about the claim, I asked him if Premier Dental Partners was going to be an advocate for their patients. They definitely will NOT advocate for patients if it becomes too annoying or takes too long. As long as Premier Dental gets paid quickly, they're happy. If it takes extra effort, they just dump the problem on the patient. Premier Dental Partners is incompetent at best and negligent at worst. Dr. Matthews doesn't have the professionalism to contact a patient directly when the patient contacts him to voice a concern about a specific staff person. THEN HAS THE SAME STAFF MEMBER WHO CREATED THE PROBLEM CONTACT THE PATIENT! This is completely unprofessional and shows a clear lack of care for a patient as well as an extreme degree of unprofessional behavior. I only wish I could give zero stars or negative stars for Premier Dental. I've written this entire review while being on hold with the insurance company trying to resolve the issue that Premier Dental couldn't be bothered to deal with.

Have been coming here since grade school (I'm 26 now) and always have a great experience. Got two cavities filled today and only experienced a couple of small pinches in the entire process and that was during the numbing process. Everyone here is always very kind to me. Great atmosphere, clean space, great staff.

Beware if you have to cancel or change... This is only our third time coming and the first two we were very happy and impressed everyone we had dealt with was great and welcoming. Yesterday, I had to cancel one of my two kids appointments due to his soccer playoff game. I called first thing in the am and was immediately met with a rude response. For someone who answers the phone and is basically the business's first encounter she was just abrasive and rude. Since I still had the one appt I brought my child in and wasn't positive who I had had the encounter with until we were checking out and yes it is the woman at the front desk. I certainly understand that cancelling an appt day of is frowned upon and that there is an incredible waitlist for people wanting to get in BUT... she being basically the face of the business should just learn to handle things in a better manner. She ruined my day twice (In one day) and left a, not so sure how I feel about the practice, feeling. I suppose if you don't have to cancel or change you are good to go. So we will wait it out and see. I'd like to say maybe she was just having a bad day but I truly think she didn't see or hear how she was reacting and how abrasive she was.

They were so nice to me, that the doctor had to reject my tooth crown because it wasn't done correctly! My entire family goes there! And we are not planning of leaving anytime soon! I'm not good with names, but the ladies in the front desk are amazing they rock!

I really enjoyed my visit! Dr. Mathews was very thorough during my exam and took time to educate me on my dental needs. The front desk staff was very helpful in getting my appointments scheduled and answered any questions I had. Overall, a very high-tech office and I would recommend to others.
