Edit: 2 weeks later AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T ANSWERED THEIR PHONES OR SENT THE REFERRAL AND PRESCRIPTION Edit 2: Finally got a hold of them 1 month later. They are now claiming that they have sent my xrays over to the surgeon 5 times and that I would not get my prescription until I came back to tell them I was in pain, despite that NOT being what was discussed with me while in the office. Original Review: So far, it's been decent. The staff is generally nice and friendly, with only one or two being kinda rude, but maybe they were having a bad day. However, what's NOT okay is their lack of timeliness. They almost never answer their phone or call back, and they were supposed to send my xrays to the surgeon and call in a prescription a few days ago. Neither has happened yet. Thankfully it's not an extremely urgent matter, but still! Overall, avoid this place if at all possible.

The bedside manner at this office is awful. We were only 5 minutes late and they would not see my daughter, mind you we waited five whole months to be seen. Most office's have a 15 minute grace period. I understand we should not have been late. The fact they did not care to help in any way goes to show they could care less about their patients. We will definitely be switching dentist. I do not recommend this place at all, not only because of the lack of bedside manner but the lack of empathy for their patients.

DO NOT GO HERE. They'll work on your teeth, sure, but if you have issues after they work on you FORGET it. They do NOT reply to voice-mail or pickup the office phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I'd give less than 1 star if I could.

These people are extremely rude every single woman that I spoke to on the receptionist and had a attitude and they further told me that they would not accept me there and that they don't think that their office is a good fit for me they also hung the phone up on me this is a big joke it is the worst customer service skills that I have ever in my life had to encounter I hope nobody else has to go through this

You guys are rude to my mom and I'm pretty sure I have cavities that you didn't tell me about. You also didn't numb my sister AT ALL when you took one of her wisdom teeth out. Wish I could give you guys a 0 star.

I recommend this dental practice to anybody nervous about getting work done .. it's like magic how this dentist numbs without the pain of the needle like most places. Very fast and friendly staff overall.

Had a toothache and we have been a patient for years. Couldn't get me in for over a month. Front desk is so rude and she let the cat out of the bag...they only focus on Medicaid patients. Only one doctor and she's not good either. Worst dentist office in the area and I already found an appointment elsewhere next week. Place is barley hanging on!

They have one of the worst scheduling policies around. They don't send any reminders out for your appointment and if you miss the appointment you can't book with them again for six months They only focus on Medicade patients so if you have normal insurance you can't hardly get it. Front office staff is rude as can be as well. Left there months again and it was a great decision! Hope this place goes under!

I've been trying to find a dentist for the past 2 years and I finally found this one that works with my insurance and accepts new clients, I got an appointment but I was only 3 minutes late to that appointment due to breastfeeding my newborn , they didn't accept me like are you kidding me only 3 minutes, told me to go somewhere else . I even tried to reschedule they didn't let me one of the workers there said they can't accept me anymore, messed up , hate this place for that reason plus the staff was rude to start off with. Now I'm in search of a dental doctor.

I came in with a broken molar and had a crown put on. The temporary fell off twice but they got me right in to put it back on. I had my permanent crown put on and it looks great

The entire atmosphere is sketchy and makes me feel unsafe. Only dentist accepting new patients and my insurance but they won't see me because I attempted to reschedule my cleaning. Extremely rude.
