I finally found a dental home a practice where everyone is friendly. With a banger PLAYLIST playing in the lobby.(it's always 80's and I love it) I was terrified of the dentist as most people are, however the staff here are friendly and didn't make me feel bad about the dental work needed. I have horror stories, which is why I neglected my dental needs. Dr. Terry is who I saw and he has a sense of humor which helps put me at ease. He also promised me that he wouldn't let me be in pain and kept his word. That means a lot. I was waiting to be seen and the lady doc came out to discuss something with a patient and she took the time to make sure the man understood and didn't rush, she took her time that left a very good impression on me especially with it being almost 3 in the afternoon. It's the little things that matter. I finally got all my dental work done today after 4 long visits. I will continue to come back for routine cleanings and whatever else I may need in the future. As I mentioned above I finally found a dental home! Nothing but great things to say.

My six year old daughter and I are both patients at Premier Dental. The environment is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional. They are extremely patient with my daughter and she always has a smile on her face when leaving.

Premier Dental of Grove City is a fresh new wave of a dental office. It's a group of Dentists in one office that can actually take care of all your dental needs. The group has a perfect professional mix of dentists w backgrounds in different areas from regular maintenance to special cases Tailored for each patient's unique situation. It's not a cookie cutter practice where only standard care procedures are applied to each case. They map out a personal care plan for each person & explain it so u are aware of each phase of the process. They also offer excellent cosmetic choices if you come in wanting to improve your smile. You can make it your lifetime one stop dental office. I know I plan to just that. Oh & the staff is great. The whole office has a friendly hometown atmosphere & I love u can text them when u arrive & the communication is easy breezy & welcome anytime if you have questions about anything.

Felt like a money making racquet as soon as I walked in! Signs everywhere for cost of this and that. I knew something was up because I had to be introduced to 5-6 people who were looking at my mouth. One of the Dr., wasn't the dentist, came in and was already spouting off cost of cutting my mouth open before she even looked at it. This after both nurses complimented my teeth and gums and said how nice they looked. Dr was very insistent in cutting my mouth open that day to the point where she almost scheduled it without my consent. All this...and they still didn't get to my cleaning. So I had to reschedule. Day before the reschedule, they canceled on me because the time slot I signed up for doesn't allow for a deep cleaning. Apparently it takes over an hour to clean your teeth there! After 2 appts...still didn't get my cleaning! Moral of the story...be warry of Dr's found on Groupon!

Hygienist was professional and efficient. I'm not sure of the spelling but her name was pronounced "Kari". Dr Chu was a pleasure as well and this team made coming to the dentist something to not dread.
