Appointment was pushed back an hour and half even AFTER all of the text reminders all week. Got there and just sat(mind you, I have work as well). More time passed and I still didn't even get the service I needed. Will not be going back to this place!

The Doctor and the staff is just so wonderful! I am having extensive teeth repair done and they have all made it such a positive experience. They also are so good about letting you know upfront what your cost will be so there are no surprises. I would highly recommend their services, kindness and very professional work.

I am so disappointed with this place. I scheduled an emergency appointment for today, they called yesterday morning and said to come in at 12:45. I was 13 minutes late, but they ignored me for 15 minutes. Then after driving from grove city to Dublin and being ignored for 15 minutes they said they're behind and they can't see me. I was treated like I didn't matter at all, because I was 13 minutes late??? Or maybe because I have Medicaid (my husband was laid off recently so I am seeing a huge difference in in the way your treated). I didn't show up today because I was devastated and needed to find a dentist office that wasn't so petty and rude. They left a message saying I was 30 minutes late. I was 13 minutes late and apologized even after being ignored for 15 minutes. Shouldn't have mattered because you claimed to be "behind ". It is really sad and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

I finally found a dental office I feel totally comfortable with. This office is outstanding explaining your dental needs and addresses your concerns. Being someone that has aniexty going to the dentist the staff puts me at peace. Huge in my book. Thank you staff you are all amazing and appreciate you all!! 5 stars, top notch.

They were amazing had to transfer to this dentist after old one messed up my teeth ended up in the hospital I was nervous when I went to my first appointment here today but they did everything even things never got from other dentist they were understanding and did everything to make me feel comfortable and taken care of an already have my 2nd appointment set and plan set I think they really did amazing and very understanding...with no judgement at all...

After moving to dublin and looking for a new dentist, I thought I would give premier a try. Upon my first visit for a cleaning I was told I had 4 cavities and needed 4 root canals. I had the cavities filled. I then spoke to my normal dentist in the town in which we moved from and sent him the copies of my xrays pertaining to root canals. I am in zero pain my roots are not inflamed or infected and there is no need for root canals. Sadly, I feel like the reviews stating over diagnosis is definitely happening at this practice. I would not recommend and I wont be returning as a patient. The hygienist took it upon herself to give me a different diagnosis after the dentist left the room stating you do not need root canals these teeth can simply be crowned first. The hygienist or assistant who placed my filings took a very long time and seemed to be unsure of what she was doing and even got up to answer her cell phone mid filing placement. The filing placement took so long I was not even numb anymore at end of appointment my appointment was at 8:30 and I left close to noon.

Pemier Dental of Dublin not only cleaned my teeth but went a step beyond and treated my teeth with flouride which was neccessary. Was also seen at another appointment of my convenience to coat teeth areas exposed where I had previous gum loss to prevent future damage and assure the sensitivity I had been feeling due to improper exposure of nerve and lower teeth beiow the gum line would not be an issue for me any longer. My experience with their professional staff was no less than satisfactary. I was treated with utmost respect, care and concern. My teeth and mouth look and feel so much more healthy and comfortable..They did an awesome job and I am grateful to be one of their patients. From the time of scheduling an appointment to the finished procedure I highly recommend Premier Dental of Dublin.

Had a first cleaning at Premier, was told I had four cavities (after only having one in all of my 30 years of life). Went to another dentist for a second opinion because I thought it sounded fishy and was told I have...zero. Overdiagnosing isn't cool.

One of the best dentist for my kids. Everyone was so wonderful with my kids and very welcoming. My son is terrified of going to the dentist, but they made his feel so comfortable. I couldn't believe how calm he was. They do amazing job. My sons can't wait to go back. So happy I found a dentist for my kids. The place is so beautiful.

It was crowned wisdom tooth, seemed very difficult to be extracted, but I didn't feel it when the dr. Extracted it. It took minutes to be extracted. Thanks to Dr.
