Just a nightmare for me. This place is awful. I saw at least 3 different dentists in Less than a year. I was told parts I needed were ordered, they were not. Phone calls not returned, my concerns were not addressed. I had to see another dentist because Premier didn't know what I needed or how to do it. I am now out more than $1500.and because I trusted premier, I lost months of time to fix my issue. New dentist has addressed my issues in 1 visit, also, informed there are many different options for my needs than what premier told me. Disappointed doesn't even come close. This is NOT the place to go. So much time I took off work and they never fixed my problem. Not all of the staff is bad, just not an office that is well run. I wish I never went there. If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Dietrich was great, I did not feel rushed and she took the time to explain everything. She really obsessed over a repair on my front tooth until it was absolutely perfect! The staff was very friendly and professional. This was my first Appointment and I I've already scheduled my next cleaning in six months. I was very pleased with the whole experience!

Have been afraid of the dentist and avoided going for years. Both the doctor and the hygienist are very friendly and make the experience as pleasant as possible.

Sue the receptionist is very nasty and rude and very unprofessional. She hung up the phone in my ears while I was speaking because I asked her to get a time from the office manager Sonia about when she could call me back regarding my Invisalign treatment that was not going well, and that I had been waiting over two weeks for her to return my call. I still have not received a call back and they have been giving me the run around and acting like they really don't care about fixing the issue. Would not recommend this location.

Great experience. Good people. I was a tad taken aback when they tried to charge me for masks or something in 2021.....I never paid. They do not try that anymore. They remembered that I hated the water pressure spray teeth cleaning gizmo and used regular tools, the old fashioned way. I like that they listen. I go every 6 months because mouth health is sooooooo important for overall health. Keep up the good work! I am a lifer.

Doctor is excellent! Love the way he explains things. He takes his time and he makes sure you understand and have no doubts or questions. He did work on my teeth which for the first time in years I couldn't chew on that side. I trust him ...

The girls will in the office and doctor's assistant is awesome also! They're professional and pleasant. The office overall is an awesome atmosphere! Oh and thank you Sonia also for all you do!!!

Sue and Tammy at the front desk have always been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I also enjoy our visit with the dental hygienist who is so jovial, helpful and informative. We are happy to switch over as a family to our new dental office!

I am so happy to share my wonderful experience at Premier Dental. Excellent, professional, helpful, caring and thorough just begin to characterize this office and staff. Dr Soto took his time explaining what he found and explaining the care plan. Leah was so kind and professional. Angela was awesome - calling me to come earlier for my appointment - and I've never had such a thorough cleaning. Sue was so helpful helping me with information for family member and reviewing my plan going forward and projected costs. Overall, I am so pleased to have found this dental practice. I highly recommend them!! Addendum - after delays for a crown fitting due to my travel and work, the office found a way to squeeze me into a much needed appointment. A last minute cancellation was offered to me which I readily agreed to. Both Dr Parra and Leah were kind and professional. Dr Parra took the time to answer all my questions and so far my new crown is working out well. Thank you to the office for finding a way to accommodate me. I much appreciate it.

I spontaneously broke a tooth which exposed a nerve. Which I eventually ended up needing a root canal and a crown.The front office staff was so patient and worked to get me in the very next day. Not only did the staff worked around my busy schedule, but just made things overall so effortless. Dr. Parra was amazing. He put a temporary fix on the tooth and talked me through my options. I was so nervous to have the root canal done. Dr. Parra and his assistant were so patient, kind, and comforting. The process was pain and stress free.

Overall the service is good. Neat, clean office, polite, helpful staff. There was one instance when the older, blonde receptionist was exceptionally rude and dismissive to my husband. Also, my husband got a filling there that remains uncomfortable, even after 2 years of being in place.

Great staff! My teeth are in the best shape they've ever been in. The staff is friendly and very informative. They also go above and beyond to make sure patients are safe through implementing protocols to help prevent the spread of COVID in their facility. Can't see myself going to any other facility.
