As others have stated, this place is a fraud. I had went here because they were in network with my insurance and instead of doing a cleaning, they said I needed to come back for 3 extra appointments to do a deep cleaning. They did a charting and said that my gums were bad and I could not have a regular cleaning and I must come back for multiple follow ups. After my second visit with them, and still no cleaning, I went back to my out of network dentist who went through the charting that was done on my teeth less than a year ago and did it again and said that the numbers the hygienist was coming up with at premier were completely fabricated. I cancelled all of my appointments with premier going forward and explained to the front desk my issue but they did not seem to care or offer to have my speak with a manager or owner. Overall it was a completely horrific experience and I definitely do not recommend this place to anyone, especially someone with extreme dental anxiety.

My dentist (my kids dentist too) of 20+ year retired and I needed to find a new family dentist and I was worried about it, specifically for me, as I am a wimp when it comes to the dentist. Dr Kelly Stubbs made me feel very comfortable and her work was quick and pain free. My teeth suck and I will likely be seeing her again, so if I gotta go, I will be happy to see her! My hygienist was Lexi and not to take away from the dentist, but she was a big part of my experience. Very smart, very informative and fun to talk about her passion for teeth and dentistry! My son Jordan appreciated Janhavi and her work as well. Tim and everyone in the front are very friendly and another big part of my successful start to my journey with a new dentist. Thank you PDOC team!

Best Dental Practice I've ever been to because they listen to your fears and calm you down. Everyone there is extremely kind and helpful and explain everything they know about. Would highly recommend this Dental Office from the Dentist's, Hygienist and even the secretary and receptionist they answer your questions and if they don't know they get someone who'll give you an answer. This is from a person who neglected his dental needs for years. Thank you again Premier Dental for helping me get over my fears from a bad dentist in the past. See you soon!

No stars was not an option. Premier Dental engages in fraud. Payment was required at time of service even with insurance. When we tried to be reimbursed for the amount covered by our insurance it took over 2 months for them to agree to reimbursement. Then it had to go through their corporate headquarters in Florida. We discovered they billed us over $1200 more than was permitted by the agreed upon amount by our insurance provider. They refused to reimburse the additional amount. We have filed a fraud complaint with our provider and the Better Business Bureau. We will also be filing with our State Attorney General. It is a shame because our family had been with Dr.Gish and associates for over 20 years and had wonderful care. NONE of those dentists are still with the practice.

I absolutely hate the dentist and only go because I have to. However, I don't know if it was God, the receptionist, or my pure discomfort that knew I needed the particular hygienist (Jahnvi- pretty sure I spelled it wrong) and doctor (Dr. Stubbs). They were both really kind and the hygienist was the absolute best! She was patient, checked in frequently, was very knowledgeable and just all around great! It was my first appointment and I'm so grateful for their hospitality, already have my next appointment. Also just to note, they're super busy but had reasonably close availability. They have evening and early appointments. And the receptionist who checked me out, was super nice and explained my next steps with insurance etc.

Very disappointed. I arrived early since I was a new patient and wanted to fill out the forms and respect their appointment start time. I ended up waiting 25 mins and was greeted by a melochanoy hygienist. No apology for the late start. I knew in advance that PD wouldn't clean my teeth unless I received the full x-ray treatment so I didn't mind. Next the hygienist proceed to tell I would have to comeback for a more comprehensive cleaning. Given I was already into the appointment for hour, I asked if I could receive the regular cleaning and comeback for the additional treatment. Response was they would not clean my teeth. So, I left. I felt like corporate America was running the business. A patient should have the right to waive off x-rays or other treatments. In the past, DDS have had no problem respecting their patients preferences .These are not life or death decisions. Really felt like it was a money grad which wasn't going to get better. Never saw the dentist - I ask the team at the front desk for my x-rays so I could move on to another dentist. Reception team was very helpful and friendly. What happen to the family dentist practice? It's a shame that the corporate mentality has entered into the detensit office.

Dawn and Dr. Roberts are the best! appointment on time, office staff very friendly and helpful. Glad to be a patient almost 15 years!!! Dawn and Dr. Roberts now in their own office in Danbury!! Still loving the way they care for my teeth and ME !!

My hygienist, JANHAVI RDH, has a great personality. She does a beautiful job at cleaning my teeth and she's been my hygienist for a few years. She is very gentle, but she does a thorough job. She is also my family's hygienist too. she's the best!

Went above and beyond. When I arrived for my appointment, I learned that my other dentist across the country failed to send my records here despite my request. Seeing that I was in a bind, Premier Dental did thorough x-rays free of charge even though they were not at fault. Thank you Premier Dental of Connecticut!
