My first experience here was great. But this last experience at Premier was horrific. I've never felt such pain in my life. I literally paid to be tortured. I asked to be numb some more, or given laughing gas, be knocked out or something. But that was disregarded. Though I have a higher pain tolerance than some I still feel pain. And in all of my experiences at the dentist and in all of my years of living I've never experienced such pain and such blatant disregard for a persons well being. I even explained that my body absorbs numbing agents differently. That too was totally disregarded. They should be ashamed to literally torture someone and not have any remorse when you know for a fact I was in pain. It's just reprehensible. I have had some utterly terrible experiences at the dentist. I had 6 teeth pulled at one time(The only good experience. Did not feel a thing). I've had fillings and root canals. I even had a root canal done while having an abscess that spread from my tooth to my nose. My whole face was swollen(and no they didn't wait for the infection to go away even a little). I've had numerous dental work done over the years. So I'm no stranger to pain. I've had enough procedures done to know the difference between pain and pressure. Maybe it was a rough day for them. The dentist seemed extremely busy. Every time she walked away I could hear her interacting with other patients. Even the dental assistant seemed agitated. She kept sighing and huffing and puffing behind me. So much that I asked her if she was ok. That is when I should have left. I never thought I could have a worse experience at the dentist than I've had previously. I was surely wrong. Simply proves the fact that some medical professionals don't believe certain people feel pain. By far the worst experience of my life. At this point I wouldn't take a dead squirrel to this dentist office.

I was pretty nervous about this appointment, but the staff was great! My experience started with the person that scheduled my new patient appointment! She was kind, patient , and made me feel at ease and welcome! Then the EfDA was kind and knowledgeable, she walked me through every step of the way. Lastly Dr. Lauren was great! Unfortunately I had a cavity that needed filled but she made sure I was numbed and took her time. I felt like she cares for her patients. she educated me about gum care as well. This was my first time at this dental practice and I feel staff loves their jobs and it shows!

Getting a crown is never something to look forward to. Dr. Lauren and her assistant Jerri were caring and professional. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. They even gave me a blanket when I was chilled. Thank you Dr. Lauren and Jerri. I have the perfect crown on my tooth!

So I went in for a filling and when I went in for a filling they noticed I actually needed a crown. Which I was fine with, it had a odd half broken situation. They suggested to me to get a cleaning first and then getting the crown. But I have such a tight schedule it was hard. When I let them know they said they could continue and give me the temporary crown that day. I was overjoyed because I had tried for the longest time to get an appointment with a dentist and these guys were able to get me in the quickest. And since I'm younger they were very understanding and clear. I got my crown and tried to pay. But I realized my insurance wasn't taken by them. I paid full press but they gave me the paperwork to mail for an insurance claim. They gave me black and white photos because their color printer was out. But they personally offered to talk in the insurance company if any problems arose. These guys are the best around and I will suggest them always.

Dr. Lauren Van Ee and her staff treated me like family right away on my first appointment with them. She explained everything thoroughly for me to understand and gave me great instructions on home care. Setting up my next appointment was quick and easy and they were very transparent and helpful with pricing for procedures, home care, etc. Safe to say I am excited for my next appointment!

Premier of Beavercreek always treats me really well. The staff are so kind and friendly and so is Dr. Lauren. I never feel pushed or taken advantage of like some dentists made me feel. I always feel like I am in good hands with them.
