My 12 yr old missed school 3 times and all 3 appointments were canceled last minute. My 1st go to was not a bad review. However: after 7 calls, I finally got through to Liz, she was very rude, and she hung up on me because I asked why weren't we notified that the dentist on duty could not see anyone under age 13 before my husband was checking her in for her 2pm appointment. They knew this in the morning, and no one contacted us before pulling her out of school at 12:30. I was going to request that my 13 yr old have further work done, since her appt was at 1 and they canceled my 12 yr old's 2pm appt, there was an open window. But Liz hung up before I could get that far. I tried calling back several times, they picked up and hung up 3 times.

9-26-22 Monday Stay away. They do not answer phone. If they do the girls there are incompetent.. When you do talk to the girls they do not know how to handle your call You are better off to go somewhere else to save your money and especially to save your teeth. The dentist that maintains this bad order is a poor one for just looking at how they operate that the front indicates how they operate on your teeth

Don't go there. It is the worst place that I see. specially the customer service is the worst leady that I saw. Changing appointments. Don't answer to the phone. No call back. Just don't go there.

First off they never answer the phone. They said I missed 2 appointments a no show no call. Well I left a message and you didn't return my call so how did I miss the appointment? O also get text confirm and never confirmed the appointment? The also had a crown made for me that they lost? How do you loose a crown? Took 4 months to finally get it. Run away from this place

I would give them zero star. The staff are extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I would strongly advise anyone not to go there. They're a mess.

This is the worst dental clinic my family and I have been to ever. We have been coming here for 5 years now but every time we come, we have a bad experience or are never seen on a date and time they, themselves scheduled us for. The staff are rude and unprofessional. There are been numerous times they scheduled me for an appointment, and tell me my appointment has been canceled once I have already showed up to my appointment. They'll tell me my appointment has been canceled and someone from the office should've called me, but no one ever did call me. This is after I have requested a day off from work, all for nothing. The staff do not value you or your time as patients. I so not recommend this place. Do yourself and your precious time a favor and change dental clinics, there are multiple in this area.

Im tired of them scheduling me wasting my freaking time and they don't do anything !!! I shouldn't be waiting months just because front staff Can't do there job right !! I'm so irritated !!! DONT GO HERE

The Worst place I experienced in my life. The front desk people are very rude and the dentists are not professional. They are not caring about the patients at all & they don't know the customer service as they don't answer the calls. They schedule appointments in 2-3 months. Recently, I had two fillings with them in which one of them came out after 2 months and with the second one, I can't eat at all and when I drink cold water, I feel pain in all my teeth. I submitted a grievance against them. So please don't go there.

If I could give a zero I would. The doctor came in and very forcibly used the needle in my mouth and triggered a nerve which hurt so bad I cried. Then after a few minutes he came in pulled the tooth then said "ibuprofen and rest bye". Um what? The tooth is infected. On the way home it started bleeding uncontrollably and tasted of rotting matter. I called my primary and they said I needed to go to the er. I did and they found pus seeping out of the hole and that the tooth was pull straight up instead of at an angle leaving a possible root left. No antibiotics nothing.

It's not about this place Or the bad service or the really bad doctors and stuff It's more about the healthcare system We need to do something about that for real
