Was having severe pain in my tooth and since I don't have insurance, I was having anxiety about what steps I needed to take care of the problem and how it would work for me financially. I'm so glad I called Premier Dental. I got an appointment within 24 hours, and the treatment I received was excellent. All my questions were answered, i was made to feel at ease, and cost was very affordable. I ended up needing the tooth extracted, which they took care of, and they signed me up for a yearly plan which covers routine visits and gives a discount on emergency services. After today's visit I made another appointment for follow-up. If you need a dentist, I highly recommend Premier Dental Group!

This place is the best!!! I have had such a fear of dentist. Everyone is super sweet, understanding, patient with me. Best dental experience ever. Coming from me, this speaks volumes. I was so scared of dentists, that I've avoided it for over 10 years. Thank you dental team for taking such good care of me!

The work I had done was decent enough and the people are nice but whoever does the scheduling needs to be fired. Four times they have dropped the ball about scheduling me in for visits to get my teeth done. I've been without teeth for almost 4 months now because of the incompetence of the scheduling department. Not a very happy customer at this point

To be honest, I was very happy with my service as far as the dentist and the dental assistant and the staff. But I had dental work done I had a tooth extracted my appointment was at 11:30, I left the office at about maybe 12:50 PM. I was told that my prescription was going to be called into my pharmacist. It is now 6:20 PM and my prescription has not been called into my pharmacy. I was called and asked if I was going to pick up my paper prescription. But mind you I had called three times asking about my prescription being called into my pharmacist. I am very very very dissatisfied with this. And to be honest, I do not want a callback from an office manager, I want a callback from one of the owners either Aaron or Raja. I am not happy about the service that I received.

I had the worse visit in my life They did work in my mouth that my insurance didn't pay for and didn't let me know that my insurance didn't pay until after the work was done

The front desk lied to me about the cost beforehand. They took an unneccasary x-ray they told me would be free (I don't know why but I have it in writing) and then charged me for it. They also changed the bill after a week and have avoided answering my questions. Aside from being charged with an extra 150$ for something I didn't need the cleaning service was fine. I saw another review mention the charge for the supposedly free x-ray so its not even a one time mistake.

My dental assistant was so gentle and thorough and my dentist was unbelievably kind. The front desk was also so nice and welcoming. I had an amazing experience here and I'm so happy I found them. I also greatly appreciate how transparent they were about every cost, it was incredibly considerate and I can say they made a long term client out of me!

Beware of making a payment plan contract. There system docpay pulled on Labor Day weekend and with a ACH transaction and it said declined. Now they want to charge 50 dollar late fee and docpay says 15. Called office on Saturday to talk with them about it and Jamie in the front office who also helps handle these account is very rude and doesn't show any care or concern for the customers. She is very prideful and dislikes her job very much. They do great dental work but if you need paperwork for insurance or a receipt I highly suggest you ask for someone other than Jamie. She is always mad and very short with people and monotoned. She is highly prideful of her computer system and believes that it does no wrong. The day of my wife's surgery we were there a little longer and she was talking with another male dentist and cussed and talk about her Drinking weekend with him and was very unprofessional.

Horrible. What a rip off! $414 for xrays and an initial consultation and they can't even show me work that they've done, they had to send links that don't work. AND, They continue to bill us, telling us they submitted to the insurance company and to disregard. We called the insurance company and they have no record of a claim from them. We will be taking our business elsewhere. BTW...we called other dentists for a second opinion and the amount they charged for xrays and consult was under $100 and they do the same cosmetic and dental procedures. Complete RIP OFF/chain store dentistry.

I had a tooth that split and needed extracted. Let me tell you this was one of the most traumatic experiences I've ever had. I was taken to a room laid down immediately and Dr Carney began giving me shots without ANY numbing cream applied to my gums. I think I was given 4-5 shots all around the tooth. I was literally crying, gripping the chair and telling him I was hurting. All he said was it was about over and he continued with the shots. I wasn't given any time for the shots to completely take affect before he began pulling the tooth. I felt like he wanted to leave for the day and wanted to get me out of the office asap. When I left I was sobbing almost uncontroably. I wouldn't have wished this experience on anyone.

first time and last time visit to scammers i went in to get a tooth pulled i told them that before i came i had a tooth broke off anybody knows if tooth is broke it needs pulled it's not rocket science i was told pay $128 for exam and x-ray ok they took one x-ray dr looked at my broke tooth said it needs to be taken out well duh i said that before i came in they wouldn't pull my tooth because i didn't have all the cash with me after i told them i didn't have all the cash with me to begin with that i could give bc them my banking info they said that was fine but then lied an said needed cash payment upfront took $128 cash from me they stole my money didn't do anything but lie scam me i would never trust this place if you want to keep your money and not be ripped off worst people and business i've ever dealt with

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. I'm really sensitive to noises and the teeth scraping sound is usually enough to make me cry, not to mention the typical poking with a metal pick that can be painful. I was really lucky to have randomly selected Premier Dental Group of Knoxville. My appointment was at 10:50 and I arrived at 10:30, they took me back 5 minutes later. My hygienist, Barbara, was practically sent from heaven. She was friendly and comforting from the moment I sat down. She actually listened cared about my teeth and some issues i've been having. She even took the extra time remove braces glue stuck on my teeth from braces I had removed in EIGHTH GRADE that no other dental office has cared to try and remove. I'll recommend anyone I know to this office and to even ask for Barbara if they can!

Absolutely awesome experience! The staff is so sweet, knowledgeable, and not to mention gorgeous inside and out lol. Everything was a very smooth process which isn't always the case when you're a new patient. The office itself is also very modern and clean. Overall a great team and I really feel I made the best choice for my dental care. Thank you guys : )

This is my favorite dentist I've ever been to. today I had a cleaning and it's the only one I've experienced where the dentist was actually gentle and doesn't spray water all over my face, plus everyone that works there is so friendly and kind!! I am very paranoid about my teeth but they are very understanding and accommodating. if you're looking for a new dentist definitely go here!

I am nothing but thankful for the level of kindness and compassion location to me today. Out of all the dentists I could've ended up in Knoxville I am so glad this is where I got in. They were able to get me in for a same-day appointment for serious pain that I was experiencing. It's been much longer than it should be to get to the dentist, and every single person here feel so welcomed and cared for. Casey was especially wonderful, I don't think I would've made it today without her empathy and kindness. She made sure to remind me that the hardest part was making an appointment and showing up and that she was proud of me for coming in . Overall the exam and x-rays went extremely smooth, and we have a detailed treatment plans laid out to move forward with. I am so appreciative for everyone in this office, I can't say enough good things.

I got a root canal and crown in December, then found out a few months later that it wasn't properly done and needs replaced. I asked for my money back, now I 'm having to go to small claims court.

I am so happy I found this place! I went to another provider in town (part of a national chain, names rhymes with "hassle"), and they tried to tell me that I had severe periodontal disease and that I needed hundreds of dollars of work without delay. When I visited Premier Dental, they cleaned and examined my teeth and found a couple areas of concern, but I was never pressured to have any work done. They did an excellent job of communicating with me what needed to be done, coordinating my care and insurance to ensure that my out of pocket expense was minimal. The staff is amazing and I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

My experience was absolutely amazing. I have been avoiding dental services due to financial hardship. Your practice made it very clear that they cared for my well-being, regardless of my financial capabilities. I was able to get in for an emergency appointment and get my horrible tooth pulled the same day. I was embarrassed that I didn't have enough funds to cover the whole procedure, but they didn't turn me away! I was able to create a payment plan that worked for me, and the overall price was very fair! Dr. Carney and the entire staff were very kind and made me feel at ease. I am extremely thankful. I will be returning to Premier Dental Group for all of my further dental needs!
