Originally from Morrilton, Arkansas, Dr. Brady graduated from Morrilton High School in 1996. She then attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville where she was a member of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2000 with a 3.98 GPA, Dr. Brady was accepted to the University of Tennessee in Memphis where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2004, ranking 2nd in her graduating class. Dr. Brady worked as an Associate Dentist for a little over a year before purchasing 50% of the Fayetteville Family Dentistry practice. After more than nine years in practice at FFD, Dr. Erin Brady opened her own office in August of 2013 to create the type of unique dental practice that offers her patients all the dental procedures they need in one location. As a result, this reduces the amount of referrals, allowing convenience and giving personal attention to each and every patient.
Originally from Oklahoma, Dr. Beers graduated from Rogers High School, after which she attended the University of Arkansas and received her Bachelor of Science Degree. She was then accepted into the University of Tennessee in Memphis where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery, ranking 6th in her graduating class. Dr. Beers began practicing dentistry in Bentonville in 2015 and has exceeded her patients expectations ever since. Offering root canal therapy, implant procedures, and more, Dr. Beers works to continuously grow her areas of dentistry to better serve her patients. In 2017, Dr. Beers Premier Dental, where she and Dr. Brady are excited to offer a unique dental experience.
Originally from Jackson, Tennessee, Dr. Hardin attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree cum laude in Anthropology/Sociology with a minor in Spanish. She was accepted to University of Tennessee in Memphis where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Hardin moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2016 where she began practicing dentistry in Springdale and has become nearly fluent in Spanish. Dr. Hardin is certified in Conscious Sedation and has extensive experience with patients with dental anxiety. Dr. Hardin is a member of the Arkansas State Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentists, and is a volunteer dentist at the Samaritan Clinic, a non-profit dental clinic which offers services to those who cannot afford dental care. In January 2018,Dr. Hardin joined Dr. Beers and Dr. Brady at Premier Dental, where the three dentists offer a unique, compassionate, and comprehensive dental experience.
Originally from Texarkana, Texas, Stacey attended the University of Arkansas for her undergraduate studies before moving to Little Rock, AR. She graduated with honors from UAMS Dental Hygiene School with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2000. Stacey has worked with Dr. Brady since 2005, providing friendly, high-quality dental services alongside Dr. Brady. She is Premier Dental's most requested hygienist.
Originally from Searcy, Arkansas, Alison attended The University of Central Arkansas, then moved to Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from The University of Tennessee as class Salutatorian with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015. Alison joined Premier Dental in 2015, quickly becoming a treasured, well-known part of the Premier Dental family.

Best dentist ever! Dr Hardin and her staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They are also kind and understanding of those of us who are nervous about dental procedures. I am so glad they are here in NWA!

Dr Hardin and her staff are amazing!! They'll have to drag me from this practice kicking and screaming before I change dentists. Dr. Hardin is patient, kind, skilled and she cares about her patients - even challenging patients like me ;-)

Best dentist office ever! The kindest staff and Dr. Beers takes care of your every need! So thankful I have nothing but great experiences at my dentist! Just wanted to drop in again and remind anyone that needs a dentist to pick this office! I love Dr. Beers so much. Check this out. I chipped my front tooth and needed it fixed before an upcoming wedding. Not only did the front office get me in within a day of calling, Dr. Beers made my tooth look absolutely perfect and like nothing even happened! Can't recommend them enough!

My insurance and appointment was cancelled. I wasted my gas just to drive up there for them to tell me I have no insurance at all and my appointment getting cancelled. I have to try and find another dentist. Don't know how long it will take to get in due to covid-19 and finding a babysitter.

I had a great experience getting a cavity filled with Dr. Hardin and her assistant. Isn't that amazing?! Dr. Hardin takes her time and is very gentle-I didn't feel the injection. Everyone at Premier Dental is professional, friendly and caring. My mom sees Dr. Beers and she is wonderful too.

I was a brand new patient and was in excruciating pain. I cold called to see if they had any possible openings for an emergency, they moved some things around and got me in that second. Within 15 minutes of being there they had numbed the area to help with my pain, and even did the procedure to fix it THAT SAME DAY! Thankful for Dr. Beers and Debbie. You guys rock!

I have been so scared of the dentist and avoided going for 4+ years. After going to Premier Dental I feel so comfortable getting my teeth worked on. Dr Hardin is so nice and easy to chat with and her team is so friendly. They make sure you're totally comfortable and answer any questions. I'd recommended them to anyone, and especially those with dental anxiety.

I'm not one who loves change so much, but with a recent move to NWA, I had to find a new Dentist. I absolutely loved Dr. Hardin and her Dental Assistant. Ms. Stacey was amazing as well, and was so gentle with my cleanse! Everything about this place is beautiful from the building itself, to the expertise care and hearts of all the staff!

Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Front desk staff smiled and was pleasant to chat with when I entered. Once in the back for my appointment the doctor and staff were cheerful, talkative and, extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I asked. They appeared to have my best interest at heart. Even though I had not seen a dentist in over 4 years they expressed no shame for that and made me feel at ease during the whole visit. Highly recommend.

I had a broken tooth and my dentist offered me an appointment for an extraction 2 1/2 weeks later! I called Premier Dental as a new patient and they gave me an appointment for that afternoon! Dr, Sarah Beers was so kind and reassuring. Her assistant, Destiny was great at making me feel at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice!
