Dr. Nazarian utilizes his extensive training and experience to treat even the most challenging dental situations. Dr. Nazarian is a Diplomate in the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists) which is one of the highest international designations for skill in the surgery and restoration of dental implants. He also holds a Mastership in the American Academy of Small Diameter Implants.
He teaches other dentists in the art and science of dental implants and cosmetics so that his methods can help others outside of his own practice. He has taught non-invasive extractions, grafting, full mouth rehabilitation, and 3D diagnosis and treatment planning with CBCT.
He has been published nationally and internationally in leading dental publications in the area of cosmetics, metal-free crowns, extractions, grafting, sinus lifts, immediate implant placement, same-day provisionalization, and CAD/CAM restorations. In addition, he teaches practicing dentists atraumatic extractions and grafting at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.

I can't thank Dr. Ara and his staff enough for their compassionate and professional care. I am a severe dentalphobic and I put off dental care for years because of it. I was worried that my dental issues were starting to impact my health overall. It was really weighing on me and that is what motivated me to finally come in, along with being self conscious about my smile. Dr. Ara and his staff were very empathetic. They offered a judgment-free zone focused on helping me deal with my issues, and explained whatever they were doing step by step. Dr. Ara's dental assistant Mary is wonderful and set the tone when I first came in for xrays and a consultation. When I told her about my fear and embarrassment at putting things off so long, she told me I was not alone and stressed that the important thing was that I was taking care of things now. I had major oral surgery under anesthesia and it went seamlessly. Dr. Ara pays great attention to detail and it shows in everything from his technique and professional, compassionate bedside manner to the office technology, all of his staff members' communication skills, and the office's website and appointment system. Another plus was I was avble to get everything done at his office and didn't need to go to other specialists, which saved me time and stress. I'm so glad I found this dental practice. I will come back here for appointments even when I am out of state part of the year. If you are scared of the dentist like I am from bad childhood experiences, I highly recommend this practice.

First I would like to thank Dr Ara and the entire staff... they were extremely transparent with the procedure of dental implantation surgery and very friendly. I have had two procedures upper and lower bridges with very little complications. I was completely at ease when they broke down the procedure and post process. Dr.Nazarian and staff were Amazing from the day I walked into the office for my consult. I had a full mouth reconstruction done and the procedure went fantastic. A complete life change for me. My confidence is back with being able to smile, and also not having any difficulties eating. I highly recommend Premier Dental Center. Dr. Nazarian is the BEST!! You will not be disappointed. He cares about his patients and it shows.

I picked Dr. Nazarian's office because it was already the top rated practice in the area. In short: I can see why. Dr. Nazarian's office has helped me navigate odd insurance issues (Thanks Tammy!), helped me learn proper hygiene practices, made good recommendations to ensure my oral health, and have been excellent partners in ensuring my ongoing health. My first visit was riddled with 'stupid questions' because I hadn't really learned much about the process dentists and hygienists go through when cleaning and assessing oral health. My hygienist, Regina, answered all of my questions with endless patience and good humor. As long as I am nearby, I will likely continue to look to Dr. Nazarian for his expertise and well trained, exceptionally personable, staff.

Dr. Nazarian and his team are exceptional! A great family-friendly environment. They care very much about each of their patients and treat everyone with respect! Friendly and professional staff! I've been going there since I was a kid, they always make me feel safe and heard and care about my health. Recently i had to have an emergency extraction and they got me in right away and kept me calm. Their attention to my comfort ensured that the procedure was mostly painless! I can't recommend a better dentist.

This is hard because I think they are and treat you a lot like family. They really go out of their way to help me with loans to pay for my treatment,they took me back to their office to show me pictures of what my teeth look like and how they can look. The doctor showed me pictures of all the work he has done so I could get an idea of what I could look like and what he is capable of. It is family owned and run. The doctor Ara Nazarian and his wife Marzena Nazarian are both interested in really helping people and Tammy who works the front desk is also amazing. Everyone who has worked on me so far has been amazing and kind. I have a lot more to go so I am sure I will be on here again maybe I can get before and after pictures to put on here.
